Excellent art perspectives

Renata brought the art to life and gave us details that might have been lost if we had not taken her tour. Renata had an amazing font of knowledge and her ability to navigate the museum and find space for our group to truly appreciate the art treasures was so important to the enjoyment of the tour.

Tour guide Sam was the best in all my years of touring multiple places. He made the trip fun and enjoyable. His knowledge was deep and extensive. He handled all the situations well with all passengers. This trip got us to all areas of the US Normandy beaches with a stop at the cemetery. While it’s a long day, and sometimes you may feel a bit rushed at a few stops, it’s one of the few tours that can get everything in from sun up to sun down.

Never again through Viator

Wrong information to meet tour guide so missed our tour. Alleged 24/7 help service nonexistent. Tried to avail of refund via link in app and it wouldn't even open. I had to pay at the desk of tower of London for additional tickets for upset family. Viator claims to be easy and worry free when booking it was the complete opposite

Great tour and awesome guide

Dave was awesome. Made everyone feel engaged. Very knowledgeable. We highly recommend him. Disappointed about the changing of the guard cancelled, but not his fault. Tour started and ended on time. Highly recommend the early entry with the key ceremony, we had uncrowded room in the jewels

Book it!

I highly recommend this experience for several reasons. The line into the Louvre was very very long but with the guided tour, you almost completely skip the wait. Our guide Annais was absolutely wonderful. The day we went was very crowded. She did an excellent job of keeping us together and getting us very close to the art pieces. She was a wealth of knowledge and had great insight into the pieces. This was a wonderful experience.

Incredibly Interesting & Informative!

Our tour guide, Antonino, was very knowledgeable and each of the stops were very well organized and impressive to see. In between each of the stops while riding on the bus (which was very comfortable) there was so much history about Rome provided which was fantastic to see and learn about.

Had a great tour with Aina. She was super knowledgeable and entertaining. I was in a larger group of 24 and the museum was particularly crowded, but the audio system worked well and we could easily follow along. Highly recommend!

Excellent tour but go when it’s not as crowded

The tour guide was excellent. She explained everything very well and was quite knowledgeable. Nice pace walking through and explaining everything. It was extremely crowded around the Mona Lisa and other main exhibitis because of the holiday week. I would recommend staying away from all of the museums during the holidays unless you don’t have flexibility in your travels.
