Great experience. Our guide "Mary" and our driver Handsome Antonio were great. The drive along the Amalfi Coast was excellent. Mary was extremely knowledgeable and I learned a lot about Campaigna The Royal Caserta, Italian food and Italian hand gestures. Mary and Antonio were attentive to our requests for rest breaks. The trip was very well organized. Our trip was so popular that other guests from other companies tried to join us. Definitely recommend this trip.

Don’t waste your money
No one met us. We had to figure out who to get our tickets from and where they were. Then the shorted us one ticket. The start of this tour, the management of it, was a nightmare.

Our tour guide, Mathilde, was wonderful. She was patient and very kind seeing as both small parties were a bit late she remained pleasant and kind. She is very knowledgeable and shared her knowledge of the specific pieces we visited. It was very crowded, however she directed us throughout the museum with ease.

Worse experience ever do not book with this group of scammers
This was the worse tour company ever. You never ther your tickets sent to you directly, you need to meet a guide who gives you instructions through email to meet at a certain spot. They tell you be there at 10:15 am & the tour starts at 10:30am. My family and I were waiting there and they left us behind. Meaning they started the tour earlier. I contacted the company to ask for a phone number for the tour guide, and due to “security reasons” they never provided that to me. I confirmed with the agent from Versailles and they told me this group had gone in way before my scheduled time. I showed proof to Viator of how many times I called and they still did not refund me. By the time we wanted to purchase tickets they were sold out. Mind you I had babies with me standing in the cold. This is neglicence. Now I have to fight charges with my bank for almost $300 wasted on a tour that never even happened or completed, I am telling you DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PEOPLE the are a total scam and you will loose your money. Also this tour is over priced, you can easily purchase tickets through Versailles website for more than half the price. This company is a scam and I highly recommend you do not book with them if you want to be disappointed. They will not help you out, they are unreliable and I am very disappointed with Viator because they faiked to refund me. This was a gift for my 32nd birthday, and I cried all the way to our rented apartment. This was the worse of the worse. And this company should not even be allowed to provide service through this app. And should be banned they are scammers 110% save your money and go somewhere else. They left me stranded with two toddlers in freezing temperatures. Thank goodness my husband found another company for tickets to another museum otherwise I would of spent my birthday crying. Thanks for nothing!!!

Eerie, but highly recommend!
We had a great time with Vanessa as our tour guide! She was knowledgable and gave great recommendations of where to eat after the tour was over. She even shared with us another church nearby that also had catacombs beneath that we could explore later that day. The crypts and catacombs themselves were a bit eerie, but not too bad for those traveling with families. Highly recommend if you want to learn more about Rome's hidden history!

An amazing tour! I usually don’t like having a tour guide, but Anaïs completely changed my mind. Her well-explained stories and insights made me realize what I’ve been missing out on in the past. Highly recommend Anaïs—she even added some humor, which made the experience even better!

Best of Normandy
John was knowledgeable I felt as if I was listening to an audio book. He explained everything so well and thoroughly that it made it an excellent experience. Our tour was on 12/27 if guide name is wrong. We loved it so much we want to come back again. The lunch and cider places were excellent. Great day!

This was the highlight of our day trip to Paris. We had an excellent tour guide Martha, who was very knowledgeable about the Louvre, history as well as the art works. Focusing on the museums top exhibitions. If you book early enough in the day you will have time to see other work not covered in the tour. It lasted approximately 3 hours. Which was a great way for me and my daughter to see to many key works in our very busy schedule. Highly recommend.
