The Louvre did not disappoint
The museum was very busy so it was great to have a guide who showed us around and was very knowledgeable about the various items and paintings. The guided tour lasted over 2 hours but this was required to gain a full incite into the different areas. The Mona Lisa was a messy event as the number of people could have been dealt with better, otherwise fab time spent

Great Tour with Difficult Start
Our guide was Florence, and she was a wealth of knowledge and interesting information. I would highly recommend her. The Viator app was not working the day of our tour, so we were unable to receive the last minute information Viator sends out re: who to look for. They sent an email telling us to go the the app, so we knew there was information we couldn't access. We did not realize that Viator subcontracts these tours out to other companies so were looking for a person holding a Viator sign when we got to the meeting place. Fortunately, a kind guide from a different company was able to look up our tour and tell us which group was ours. This could have been a big problem as these tours are not cheap, but in the end, worked out for us. Florence our excellent guide works for a company called CityWonders.com.

Addie was a knowledgeable guide, friendly, patient, with a great disposition. She was conscious of our whereabouts, loved answering questions, and encouraged us to be engaged.

Anna the guide and the driver was great! I’d give them a 5! Bus was very clean. Driver made us safe. Ride was smooth. Anna was a work of history and though older, I loved her personality and she made us keep up. But the food wasn’t great and we hated the wine which was important. I’d rather have eaten elsewhere. The soup was yum. The honey was yum but that spaghetti was the worst I’ve ever tasted and I didn’t want any spaghetti in Rome after this. Scarred. It was soft but also hard and the noodles pici and hard to swallow. The wine very dry. There were cats all over and even in the kitchen. Everyone was nice though. For 100 bucks a person though I’d not do it again. Maybe 60-70 bucks with that food.

Guided tour is a must!
The line to get in without a tour was a mile long. Our guide, Andrea, is an art history teacher in Rome. He was an excellent guide and extremely knowledgeable. He battled the crowds to see all the most famous works. He did a great job engaging the group, even our teenagers.

A wonderful day at the Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Roman Forum

Bad Business- choose another tour company
We were at the meeting spot at 3:45, showed the person our voucher and were given paper tickets. We walk to the Eiffel Tower and once we get through the security checkpoint we were told there was some confusion and need to go back to the original spot as we were given the wrong tickets. We walk back to our meeting spot at 4:02 and nobody was there. I've been trying to work with your customer service but keep getting told there is nothing they can do and we are out of our money and your. Very disappointed. With so many tour options out there I will never use Viator again. Bad business.

Eat like a Local
My wife and I visited ROME in Oct.2024. We had a great time. We met some local people and we hit it off like we knew each other for a long time we became friends. we went to a church nearby and saw the pope in person and they took us to this restaurant which the food was awesome lasagna was like I’ve never eaten one like that before. My wife had raviolis with cheese. It was awesome taste. I highly recommend this restaurant if you ever visit Rome went to the Colosseum had a great time. Walked through Rome in that area awesome place.

Worth it!
Me and my best friend booked this tour with hopes of exploring Tuscany and seeing the beauty of Italy. We were both taken by the how well organized and thought out the trip was. Our guide Ms. Anna and driver Mr. Adam made us feel special and completely safe. Our trip exceeded our expectations!! It was exceptional!! The views, the knowledge and history of all the sites, cities and towns was superb! Ms. Anna is a remarkable lady and made our day grande!!! Mr. Adam was the absolute gentleman and made sure we were completely taken care of! City Wonders tours is very lucky to have such beautiful people that love their country and are able to share this love with others! A huge thank you!! This was my first trip to Italy and this was the best part of my whole trip! Ms. Anna and Mr. Adam are extraordinare individuals! This was the BEST day!! I encourage others to take advantage of this lovely day tour!!

Le transport et le guide jusqu’aux studios étaient impeccables, rien à redire de ce côté-là. Par contre, une fois sur place, c’était une toute autre histoire… Après l’entrée dans la Grande Salle, où il y avait une animation, notre guide a disparu. Nous l’avons attendue très longtemps à l’endroit indiqué, mais elle n’est jamais revenue. Nous l’avons recroisée par hasard plus tard, mais elle était affectée à une autre tâche. Elle a prétendu nous avoir cherchés, mais franchement, perdre un groupe de plus de 9 personnes, c'est fou... ! Au final, nous n’avons pas eu de guide à l’intérieur des studios, ce qui a gâché une partie de l’expérience. Très décevant !
