Impresionante
Los guias fueron extremadamente amables, muy conocedores y amantes de lo que hacen y la historia que cuentan. Hubiese estado bueno un poco más de tiempo en Utah Beach para disfrutar al máximo el museo, y Point du Hoc tenia varios caminos cerrados, pero eso era más que nada por el mal clima. Wonderful trip
We loved our tour guide, Barbara. The ride was enjoyable. It did not seem long. The stop was great with all the samples and wonderful products for sale. Montepulciano was beautiful, as was Pienza. The lunch stop was delicious. The scenery was beautiful.

Well worth it!
It was magical. Our guide was great. Gave lots of information, including personal stories. He also stayed afterwards to answer questions about nearby attractions and restaurants.

it was a super great experience going in bernina express, the changing sceneries are sooo sooo beautiful. The lush green valleys and the snow capped mountains and the frozen waterfalls are treats to the eye. the guide arrangement and transportation was good.

Fabulous park
A stunning park, which the guide brought to life with the history and details of everything we saw. It felt a little rushed and not all of the tour was easy to understand.

Might be good for those looking to buy 'Skip the line'.
The Access part is very legit, they take you through a separate Group entrance, book a special locker for your bags etc. Give you very nice commentary or hearing aids with headphones. The Tour guide in our case was passive, low on energy and group was large (24) so basically it was up to you if you interested in hearing the guide then stay in range of hearing aids.. If you looking to skip line than this is good but beside that its not worth it if you looking for one or two attractions only..

The Underworld of the Colosseum
My wife and I visited the Colosseum for the second time. When we visited it for the first time, we did not know about the opportunity to visit the underground rooms where the gladiators lived and trained. This time we took advantage of this opportunity - and learned a lot. Under the arena, once, long ago, filled to the brim with spectacles, passions, and the delight of the spectators, there is a whole world hidden - gloomy and disturbing. Even today you feel uncomfortable there. Nevertheless, this place remains in your memory for a long time. I recommend everyone to visit it.

Our guides Raymond and Ale were knowledgeable, professional, and super upbeat. We stayed on schedule and had ample time to spend at each stop. We would definitely book with these guys on our next trip.

LEFT STRANDED AT Utah Beach!
I hate to complain but here it is. The trip started well until Utah Beach. It seemed that the trip was rushed. Our guides were fine but they left us STRANDED at Utah Beach. After getting help from the Awesome Museum folks there we finally got a taxi because no Huber was available. It cost us 100 Euros to track down the bus. We only missed a sandwich and pizza lunch but we were able to get our items and a ride back to Paris. My son and I did grab a bite to eat at thr next gas station stop. HECK but to be left stranded in a foreign county and 4 hours from your family and hotel! I don't recommend them and beware that time is so limited that to save time skip movies, and gift shops you just don't have enough TIME. Oh and to boot we almost missed the next stop. All I.can say is God was with us and the staff at museum and that super nice taxi driver. Our main guide Daniel seemed like he didn't keep time well.

Would highly recommend
It was very informative. It was three hours long and maybe not a good “first day” tour when overcoming jet lag. There were a lot of steps to go up and down, and benches for resting along the way. Our guide, Nathalie, was very knowledgeable about the art and history of France.

El guía realmente tuvo una actitud discriminatoria con las 4 personas sudamericanas que integramos la excursión. Creo que un profesional puede pensar lo que quiera, pero no puede decirlo delante de un grupo. Nos tildó de personas peligrosas a los sudamericanos y egipcios. Por otra parte y a diferencia de este señor el guía de Pompeya fue muy profesional y agradable, al igual que el señor conductor. No es mi deseo que se sancione al guía Mario, pero si que se le explique que es fundamental el respeto, la empatía y la inclusión, en el mundo actual se considera a esta como un derecho humano. Somos todos iguales, hay gente buena y mala tanto entre los europeos como entre los sudamericanos. He estado vinculada con ustedes otras veces y en otros países y nunca tuve quejas, considero que su servicio es de nivel , es por eso que me parece de vital importancia contarles mi sentir. Gracias.

Para este tipo de excursión no se requiere un guía. No aporta nada a la actividad y seguramente incrementa el costo. Me pareció muy corto el tiempo en Saint Moritz. Otra sorpresa es que el viaje no es en el tren de Bernina si no en el tren rojo regional
