Expensive but really good

way too expensive..guide at the start, Dave was great and beefeater guide good too, but for what amounted to a one hour tour cost $274 aud for 2 adults. Dave met us out the front and talked for 30 minutes, he was knowledgeable and funny, then we met beefeater at entrance where he talked for another 30 mins and showed us the ravens and the tower green area, then he had to go to another group, was expecting longer with beefeater and was surprised when it finished so soon, and for the price felt it wasn't worth it. we then explored the tower by ourselves.

It was a wonderful experience to visit the other side of the city. Luka the driver is experienced in driving the skinny winding road going inside sorento, lemoncielo tasting experience is good. Our guide Viviana very knowledgeable, informative and flexible to costumer needs . It’s a city wonders to be with Luka and Viviana. Thank you for the Love.

Perfect tour of the Louvre
Séverine was an excellent tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. Touring the Louve with her made all of the art even greater to appreciate and we never felt overwhelmed. We were in quickly skipping any lines and we had the best experience imaginable. I highly recommend the tour and Séverine as your guide!

Avoid this company, so unhelpful and unprofessional
1 star is for city wonders as a company. I was 1 minute late to get to the arranged meeting spot (multiple road closures from historic reopening of Notre dame), and after speaking to the guide over the phone, he assured me that we could meet up no problem. When I tried calling the guide back, my call was routed to their main office line. After 10 minutes of trying to get someone in person and having them struggle to find my reservation, the operator told me I could not join the tour. They refused to connect my call to the guide, which would have resolved everything on the spot. The operator was rude and unhelpful, and in all my travels throughout Europe I've never had a worse experience with a tour company -- usually they are so on point. Sad I missed an important part of my trip, would avoid city wonder, plenty of other great options. Last thing, after my complaint, no refund was issued even after explaining everything in full.

Great Experience with Three Generations of Family
This was the second time that I have taken this tour and my third time to Normandy overall. Great experience this time with my parents and oldest son (a huge WWII history buff). Sam our guide was very knowledgeable and my son was particularly impressed with his insights. The visit with Ben at Vergers de Romilly cider farm was a real treat! Only improvement that I would suggest is a little more time at the museum and maybe less time on the gas station rest stops. Overall a great experience!

visite très intéressante tant sur l'histoire du cimetière que pour l'histoire de ses habitants. Notre guide française s'exprimait en anglais comme prévu, mais elle traduisait volontiers pour ma petite fille. Très bonne visite.

Tour of the Colosseum and the Roman Forum.
My husband and I had the very best experience. We were so thankful to have booked a tour because we felt like we got so much more information about the colosseum. Our guide was so sweet and knowledgeable. She was always willing to answer any questions. I would absolutely recommend going in this tour.
