Amazing tour! 100% worth it
I think that it is very import/makes the experience to book a tour for the colosseum. The tour guide had photos and stories that you would never get walking around alone! I wish I remembered her name, but she had great stories and we had an amazing time!

Disappointed
I always feel like people that leave bad reviews must be miserable people so First let me say that the tour company , guide and driver were all efficient and I would do a tour with the company again however this was a wasted day on vacation in Rome. The day started in Orvieto early in the morning with some time to explore a town that hadn’t really opened yet. It was just starting to come alive as it was time for us to get back on the bus and leave. We would have loved to do the underground tour in Orvieto but it opened at 1030 and we had to be on the bus at 1045. If you are only interested in a visit to the church in Orvieto then there was plenty of time for that. Next we went to the winery tour, tasting and lunch which was even more disappointing. We have done many wine tastings and this was the worst experience we have ever had. It’s just a place that is set up for bus tours and the wine is placed on the table with the worst pasta we ate in all of Italy. The owner gave an overview of the wines up front and the order of everything but nobody really knew as they went what they were drinking and what order they should be trying them in. There was definitely no shared experience of wine tasting as a group and no education. The servers took no interest in improving the experience, they know they got our money and are never going to see us again. Next the bus took us to a product shop on the way to the last town, I am sure it was a place that pays the tour company for every tourist they bring through but this is a common event on these day tours so it was expected. Lastly we visited a town known as the dying city that is perched on a hilltop. It was beautiful to look at and made for a great photo but we were left here for two hours and everyone in our group was back at the bus waiting within an hour because there was nothing to do and nothing open. It might be better in the summer but a complete waste of time in January when we visited for sure. I really wish they would have given us more time in Orvieto and less time in this place. The itinerary should be reversed which is what the tour description made it sound like to begin with but the guide told me this is the order they do things in everyday. In any event, the wine tasting/lunch would have ruined the day anyway. I really don’t like leaving negative reviews but if your time in Italy is limited it should not be spent allocating a day for this.

Our guide Anaïs was fantastic and really added to out enjoyment and understanding of the many pieces of art that we were able to see. I would definitely recommend getting a guided tour of the Louvre to make the most of your time during your visit.

Highly recommended!
Our tour guide was excellent. She took care of our group through the crowded Louvre and covered all the key spots that we planned to cover. Looking at the long line of people waiting to get in, we were happy with our decision to book a guided tour instead of wasting time in lines.

We loved the ghost tour. nice walk, fun facts and a great guide, Kritika. she has a lot of humor and tells it well and clearly.

Worst Tour
None, it was the worst tour. It rained that day and the Louve had no control on how many people entered the museum. It was shoulder to shoulder through the whole tour

Worst Tour

Second time
Booked in advance and got in quickly at the alloyed time. Security is tight so expect to be scanned many times. Able to see more than 25 years ago and great to see the restoration and preservation that is being done. Expect huge crowds but generally you can see everything you want. Total time will Epton how much you want to see.

We had a great guide - Aniise. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The museum is so overwhelming that we would have missed many things if we did not have a guide.
