The guide just walked us to the door literally so not sure why that was needed. There were a ton of group tours which made it hard to navigate each room. We went first week of January.

So much great information...

So much great information about the city we wouldn’t have known on our own. Being able to skip the line was also a great add to this tour. We saw so many things and were able to go back later that day and look at more details. I wish I could remember our guides name, she was the best of all the tour guides we had on our 2 week trip!

Good tour but frustrated!

Had potential to be a great tour but lacked planning that I would expect from a tour that runs all year. It is Winter. Weather sometimes alters opening times etc. We were given 2 hours for wine tasting & to see Chateau Chenonceau. Previous reviews said we could chose between the wine tasting & more time at Chateau Chanonceau. This did not happen. When we got to the Chateau we were told it was closing early & we had 30 minutes before we had to leave. This was enough time to scramble through the rooms doing Instagram tourism!! Before trying to get a quick look at the lovely gardens while making our way back to the bus. The wine tasting was only 4 mins away from the Chateau & if given the choice people who wanted more time at the Chateau could have stayed on the bus & been dropped off at the Chateau. The tour guide could get them in the Chateau & then go back on the bus & pick the others up from the wine tasting. In my opinion there is too much on this trip for the time allocated. Everything was rushed! On the positive both the Chateau's were lovely for different reasons, Blois is a lovely place for lunch (but also rushed) The wine tasting was fine but not the reason for the trip(otherwise you would do a wine & food tour of Loire Valley) The tour guide was informative, interesting & was personable. Unfortunately we felt really let down & frustrated by the lack of checking of tour destinations in Winter & not adjusting the tour as needed. We live on the other side of the world. We can't just come back when we have a free weekend Would recommend this tour if you are an Instagram tourist.

Great day out from Rome. See Countryside as well as small town and villages. Lunch at Montrpulicano was very good and final STOP at Civita Bagn... was great also for seeing countryside. Laura was able to judge how much to talk Andrea was a calm driver

Beautiful place to visit with an average touring experience.

This trip was alright… the site itself was beautiful. However it was tough only getting about three hours to stuff the tour / lunch and shopping before having to leave again. But I get that the site itself is far away. Our guides were friendly enough, but It also felt like our guides didn’t do much in comparison to other tours I’ve been on. I like that they gave you the free option to do whatever you wanted but maybe give an option for you to go thru the Abby with them as a one hour. And I could have gone without the 45 minute lecture on what to do in Paris on the way back, at one point it felt like our guide just was talking to her himself talk. The bus was also one of the most uncomfortable ones I’ve been on. Idk maybe it had to do with them 4 hour drive one way but I was achy after getting off. Overall a great place to visit but an average tour.

The boat is beautiful and...

The boat is beautiful and comfortable, really nice ride around. Murano has some glass making demonstrations and the same souvenirs as Venice, plus very fancy and expensive glass at the factories. Burano was sunny and beautiful to see the bright colors. It’s mostly retired people and tourists coming to take pictures. Not a lot of restaurants but some.

Completely blown away by my visit to the Vatican. Our guide, Nichola, was amazing, so informative and generous with his time and attention. Saw some amazing art and architecture. An experience I will never forget.
