Excellent Tour
Really great guide, who was clearly passionate about the Vatican and all it held and was really knowledgeable on the subject - thoroughly recommended!

A Wonderful Pompeii trip
be prepared for a long day, we bought, a packed lunch from a local supermarket and drinks the day before, there are stops for lunch etc, but limited options, or expansive. The guide was brilliant, very informative, his name was Roberto (Rob), and was attentive and made time and answered any questions. On arrival in Pompeii, he handed over to local guides. The one we had Nick, was really good, helped when needed, and gave an excellent tour. He appreciated the age differences in the group and tried to accommodate all. Really enjoyed the tour. The trip down the Amalfi coast was beautiful and Positano was a beautiful place, we went in February 2025, so most locations there were closed as it was out of season. Shops were very expensive, but they had an out of season monopoly, so this may be different in Peak times. The long journey was the trip back. We covered a lot of ground, and enjoyed every minute of it. Sad to return to Rome after such a wonderful day.

Great tour.
The guide was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. He added a lot of historical information about Italy and the sites we saw. Taking the tour also allowed us to see the last supper as we could not get tickets on our own. Tours also allow you to skip some lines. Be aware that there is a lot of walking involved in this tour.

Anais is a fantastic guide!
Anais is a wonderful guide. She makes everyone comfortable and does such a nice job explaining the exhibits. Anais was great as well telling the history of the Louvre.

Amazing Tour!
Ale was a wonderful guide. She was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot during our tour. The Vatican Museums are very busy with wall to wall people. It is a fast paced tour, but great for the amount of time.

Book it! Great experience
Wonderful experience!! You start in the museum gift shop area, then through other galleries on the way to The Sistine chapel. There are a few benches around the walls to sit and look up. No pictures are allowed. Then you head to St Peter’s Basilica. Guide gave a lot of info as we walked through using audio system/ ear bud for each in the tour. Note: this is a lot of walking. Lots of stairs up and down. There are no places to take a Seat until you get to the Sistine Chapel and then at St Peter’s but that’s only to pray in the small chapel.

The only way to see the Louve
First, Anna was an amazing guide! Without her expertise, I think the Louve would have been a bit too much for me to handle solo. Her stories were interesting and she made the visiting the Louve very enjoyable. You can’t escape the crowds (and I went during the slow season) but it was worth it.

Good museum bad tour guide.
The louvre is a beautiful museum. I find our guide to be, while knowledgable, too talktive. Anna from Ukraine. It was difficult to absorb as there was too much information and no space for your brain to rest. Just an unslaught of info. Id prefer keeping it simple to the main points and repeating stuff to help with learning and testing what we learnt. The english was perfectly fine. Also would prefer headphones with two earpieces not one

Really interesting tour, would 100% recommend
Tour guide was great. We had little earplugs and she had a microphone so everyone could hear her clearly without being up close all the time. We had free time in a few places to sit and have a look round. All the important pieces of art were explained in enough detail but not too much you lost interest! Got really useful tips of things to do after the tour in St Peters and got to go in the holy door as uts the jubilee. Would definitely recommend the tour, I thought I'd enjoy it but it went beyond my expectations.

An okay-ish tour to incredible locations
The locations are great. I personally did not care for our tour guide. It felt like he was constantly trying to make jokes which in my opinion was the wrong kind of tone for a trip like this. I also would have liked more location specific history. Instead our tour guide gave a brief intro of WW2 and later gave us a list of all his favorite movies, things like Enemy at the Gates, 1917, and Tora Tora Tora which have little to do with Normandy. If I could go back in time I would have gone with a smaller group or planned to spend a night somewhere in Normandy. There is a lot to see and while this tour hits all the major locations there is still so much more to see. If you've read Stephen Ambrose then you may find this tour lacking. The lunch is the worst food I had in France, but you can just buy a sandwich and snacks at the first gas station stop so be prepared for that. Some locations may feel rushed as it's a lot to see in a day and the locations can be crowded.

The tour was great! It was so interesting to see all of the artwork and sculptures in the museum. Seeing the Sistine Chapel was breathtaking. St. Paul’s Basilica is a sight to behold. Silvia wasn’t very knowledgeable guide and would recommend 10/10.

Best trip if time in Italy is limited
It was a very long day but we took naps on the bus and even had the energy afterwards to go to dinner. Rob and Enzo were amazing guides. Rob coordinating the trip and Enzo with his vast knowledge of Pompeii. Rommel was the amazing driver who navigated the roads like he could do it blindfolded. This was the perfect tour if you are short on time and want to be able to see two places in one day from Rome.

City Wonders
Had a wonderful experience my tour guide Rob from City Wonders was excellent. It has always been a dream of mine to visit the MET and to visit with someone with such knowledge and insight was truly amazing!!!
