Our Roman Holiday
It was beautiful and very picturesque. The weather didn’t cooperate but our tour was still amazing. Our guide was very knowledgeable and told us many things we didn’t know about the history, gladiators, the structures and so much more.

Wait to book
Be careful booking this, you need to cancel 144 hours or 6 days before your tour for the colosseum. If your flight is delayed you will not be allowed to change the booking. You just lose your money. I’m sure it’s written somewhere, I wouldn’t book this until you’re here, even though it says it’s likely to sell out. Luckily I made it in time to take the other two tours I booked. I’m sure they have their reasons, just a tough pill to swallow; hope this helps you avoid the same fate.

This trip was amazing, walking thru Pompeii is an almost surreal experience, the history of the site can be felt. Sorrento is a beautiful town and the only regret I have is I didn’t come in summer months but I can imagine how lovely it is . Highly recommend the Limoncello. Claire and Bucho kept the ride easy to handle and shared their insight to tour sites as well as off the beaten path spots to see in Rome.

Our guide was in a hurry although the tour was initially for 2 hours and the museum had a lot to offer he decided to finish in less then 90min. Also we were initially a group of 9 booked for that time slot until he decided to seem off our tickets and add a group of 3 to us who paid him cash on the side. He was not very knowledgeable we felt outside the parcours he selected for us. Not professional and not worth the money to be honest!
