Buna ziua!Din pacate a fost situatie neplacuta cu privire la faptul ca nici in tren si nici in autocar nu am avut locuri prestabilite. Am fost pus in situatia de a nu putea sta in autocar alaturi de sotia mea. Trei pasagere din Serbia au facut un mare scandal pe autocar ca urmare a faptului ca pretindeau ca ele au avut locurile inca de dimineata in conditiile in care locurile din autocar nu au fost prestabilite sau indicate pe voucher. Am fost pus in situatia limita de a apela la politie intrucat pasagerele din Serbia ne-au amenintat si ne-au injurat, spunand ca nu este problema lor ca nu au fost alocate locuri. Urmeaza sa fac demersuri in vederea identificarii a celor trei pasagere din Serbia. Va multumesc!

Ornella, Giovanni, and our driver were an all-star team! Everything was timed perfectly. I appreciated the balance of history and background while having time to explore and create our own experience and memories. It was a long day worth every moment and penny. Bravo!

The Murano & Burano Tour by private boat was an acceptable experience, nevertheless a little disappointing. Our guide Manu was very knowledgeable. She used the boat rides to/and between the islands to brief us about the history and craft traditions. We had one hour on Murano, with a glassblowing demonstration followed by access to view their exhibition rooms. We saw wonderful examples of the work, but there was little at an affordable price on offer in the shop. There was no time to see anything of the island itself. In Burano, Manu led us to the small shop on the High Street. There we had a 10 minute explanation about the traditional lace production, with an elderly island resident worked quietly on a piece of lace. We then had 45 mins to explore the High Street shops and get some lunch. In hindsight, I probably would have preferred to visit and browse each island independently - the boat rides are frequent & inexpensive. A guided tour did not really add value to the experience.

Martha was an amazing guide. Very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the classics. She hit the highlights and moved us at a very good pace. Enjoyed her personal insights into various pieces of art. Overall this was a great experience.

Very good guide through the palace…only thing missing was that we were not given a map of the castle with our ticket which made it difficult for the period (1 hour) we had to wonder around on our own.
