Perfect day trip for the weary traveler 😉
Had a wonderful time, even though it was cold. Went during the winter season, some shops were still open, more than enough to see & buy. Not crowded which was great! Both places could have stayed longer, didn't expect I'd want to visit longer. This tour was perfect for what I wanted... a short & sweet trip... see what I want & head back. I have been traveling for several days around Italy on my own, so it was a treat to take this guided bus, & cruise tour. It definitely wets your lips to want to see more of the areas, if you have time to go back on your own. If you don't have enough time, this is definitely the perfect trip to cover as much territory in little time and enjoy yourself.

City Wonders Not Willing to Listen and Accept all Facts!
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service we received during our recent attempt to join the Cinque Terre tour on Saturday, February 15th, which we booked through Viator. According to the details provided, we were instructed to arrive at the meeting point by 7:15 AM. We arrived exactly on time. However, despite being at the location, the bus left right in front of us. When we asked the driver through the window if this was the bus for Cinque Terre, he confirmed it was, but he chose to drive off without stopping. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We are seasoned travelers and have never experienced such an issue before. It is not acceptable for a bus to depart right in front of paying customers who were present at the designated time. Several other people, including tour guides from other companies, witnessed the situation, and we were left confused and frustrated. We strongly believe this situation should not have occurred, so we requested resolution. As this was non-refundable excursion, the only option for us was to be rescheduled for the following day. In spite of several calls and sent official email explaining entire situation, City Wonders decided to charge us additional fee for re-booking excursion. If bus left and we were not there, we wouldn't make any complaint, but this what we experienced was really unplesant and unprofessional.

Addie was amazing! She was able to make this tour interesting and engaging even for our 12 and 14 year old jet lagged children. We were very impressed with her depth and breadth of knowledge.

Poor communication from tour guide, was left waiting 1hr another tour guide did try to help us but unfortunately no one was answering their phones, we ended up buying audio guides from the museum

What an amazing tour. Learnt so much 3000 years in 3 hours. Well paced and considerate of the crowds. Scott was an amazing guide and provided extra info around places to eat and drink.

Great tour guide and nice boat, but not enough free time.
Francesca Gin was an amazing tour guide, one of the best I have ever had! The glass making demonstration on Murano was great, and the glass factory we visited has an amazing gallery of various different types of art which has been made there. To be honest, I had expected this to be filled with tacky pieces I had no interest in, but it had a huge range of things However, the allotted free time on each island is a little bit short, especially on Burano; it would have been nice to have another 30 minutes at least to explore Burano on our own.

Loire Valley and Castles with kids
We went with two kids (9 and 10), they loved the experience and the adventure. The wine part is only a very small part of the tour.

Fun day trip
Lovely castles and a comfortable bus ride, wine tasting was good but VERY quick. In fact, most of the day felt rushed. It was also a bit disappointing that when we had time to explore town, it was when ALL the shops were closed for lunch. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided some fun and interesting facts along the way

Enjoyable morning in Versailles
Respect of the timing. Appropriate time given to visit the site. The communication between the guide and the customers was good, use of a mike... The experienced guide gave us an overall review of the French history related to Versailles, with his personal very interesting angle. Excellent guide.
