An amazing day! It is a...
An amazing day! It is a lot of traveling but the time went quickly with frequent breaks. Our guide Rob was fantastic and organized take away lunch at a local restaurant which was delicious.

Unhappy
We took a Taxj from our hotel to the meeting point, leaving in plenty of time. Paris traffic was horrible and we had no control over it, and arrived 11 minutes late. A guide for the next tour was there and informed us that our group had left already and we could not join them. She also told us there was no room in her group. So we never saw the Catacombs and are out over five hundred dollars. I think we are deserving of a refund.

Tour of Murano & Burano
This small group tour to Burano & Murano was fun. Silvia, our tour guide was energetic and knowledgeable. During the boat ride, she gave us historical information about the city and told us about the islands that we passed. The tour allowed you to explore the islands on your own time after the demonstrations which was great so you are not stuck in the group (we traveled with 2 kids so we appreciate this). She gave you suggestions where to go so you can efficiently see the islands. Of course, she also provided information on the islands of Murano & Burano. Overall, it was an enjoyable tour.

Very informative and friendly tour guide. She answered everyone’s questions and was able to communicate appropriately with adults and children. Tour lasted approx 2 hours.

Be ready for a full day. Lots of walking. The guides were amazing. The views were spectacular. Even though it rained they somehow made it so fun it didn’t matter. So much history

Great Views…. Long Day
This experience is a very long one, but definitely worth it. You get to cover a lot of ground in one day seeing Pompeii and Sorrento. You also do a brief stop at a Limoncello Factory situated on the coast with amazing (but pricey) drinks. Pompeii experience depends on your guide. Just remember this is a 12-14 hour trip, so be prepared.

All good, I recommend anyone who wants to visit in Mont saint Michel. The reason not Five is only just round trip by bus, nothing special.

Great experience, not too difficult to get to the second level
Amazing views of skyscrapers and the city as well as the the arc du triomphe and all the other city sights. Masha was a great tour guide :)

A brilliant morning at the Louvre
Our tour was excellent. We saw all the highlights of the Louvre, having plenty of time to admire individual pieces, and of course seeing many other exhibits along the way. Our guide, Adi, was superb. She was engaging, informative, patient, funny and friendly. She made sure we had/knew everything we needed at the start of the tour to enjoy our visit, and made the trip round an interactive experience. Thoroughly recommended.

Rosella gave us sufficient time to explore
We had Rossella as a guide, and although my family was running a little late she took it in stride and the tour company arranging the whole experience, waited patiently till we all arrived. After going into the chapel, Russell was super enthusiastic about providing all the information she had regarding it and she always entertained us with her jokes. In times where people needed to use the restroom she continued to educate on small facts about the areas we passed. She was one of the best tour guides of this trip. Rossella made the experience far more enjoyable and made us forget about the pain of walking/ standing for so long.

Would do it again!
It was a great experience! Cosmo, our tour guide, was so full of interesting facts and info and charisma! We learnt plenty and didn't get bored one bit. It's a really long tour (we met at 10:30 and finished at 14:00). I travelled with my two boys (8 & 10 yrs). They were tired from all the walking but enjoyed the guide so much! Took loads of pictures, too!

Cosimo is the best
Cosimo was INCREDIBLE! A wild breadth of knowledge that covered even the most random of questions, and an absolutely hilarious sense of humor that kept kids and adults alike chuckling along the entire time. We had a minor incident when a young woman lost her relative along the way, and he expertly took charge and facilitated a reunion.

Outrageously Disappointing "Guided" Tour
My partner and I were beyond disappointed with the "New York City: Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Guided Tour." This so-called "guided" tour was a complete rip-off! There was less than 30 minutes of actual guided commentary. Instead, we were mostly left to fend for ourselves, taking a ferry to and between the islands with zero commentary. We were just dropped off at museums on each island with a few highlights mentioned before being abandoned. I did some research afterward and found that a guided audio tour, which includes transportation from and back to Manhattan, would have cost less than half the price of this scam. And guess what? The audio tour likely provides exponentially more commentary on the attractions we were supposed to see. I would strongly advise against wasting your money on this so-called tour. Save your hard-earned cash and go for the vastly cheaper and undoubtedly better audio tour instead.
