Murano and Burano
We had a great time in both murano and Burano Our small group was also an added bonus and would definitely recommend only 20 people on tour and on smaller boat rather than the cheaper tours with bigger groups and larger boats. Our guide monica Z was awesome she was full of information on each of the islands that we passed along the way to the main tour. She was able to answer questions when asked and she was informative on each island of things to do after the actual tour

Malograda planificación de un tour a Pompeya, fábrica de lemoncello?! y visita a Sorrento.
Que es innecesariamente prolongado el viaje, sin ningún sentido el visitar la elaboradora de lemoncello, y menos aún Sorrento en invierno con 2 horas para no hacer nada y haber desperdiciado ése tiempo y no haberlo aprovechado en visitar el coliseo de Pompeya y mas cuerpos en honor a los allí fallecidos y otras casas y referencias. Un tour desaprovechado en un incómodo bus de CityTours y aún hoy sin estar provisto de un baño abordo que, tema aparte y debido a una "urgencia" de un pasajero perdimos 15' en el tour que luego se recuperaron corriendo por Pompeya!

Vatican museum but not the basilica
The place to find the guide with tickets was right across the street from the museum, but we still had to wait in a queue to enter. Vatican museum was overwhelming because of the crowds. Hard to see anything. The real treat was leaving the museum to go around the walls into the security queue for entrance to the basilica. It was free, but that didn't stop people from offering fast pass for a fee. This was beautiful, better than the museum. Save the money, skip the museum and just go to St Peter's Square. Also, in the museum there are so many gift shops, and the pizza in their cafeteria was disgusting. TLDR: you don't need tickets to get into St Peter's. And once you get your tickets to the museum from the guide, you know, you still have to wait on a line.

Amazing tour and guide
Emanuella was charming, funny and engaging. We all enjoyed the tour immensely and loved her as a guide. Our only challenge was the size of the group. Smaller sizes if possible would be ideal as we had 20 in our group and lost some materials in the tour.

Not the best - should have gone to Florence for the day
We were really disappointed by most aspects of this tour. Our tour guide was lovely and very knowledgeable and it had nothing to do with her. The first stop is at a sketchy corporate park for bathroom and store. Bathrooms very gross. Next stop is nice at Montepulciano. This was interesting and best part of entire day but you have only 30 minutes on your own. The lunch stop is next. The winery/ farm is an antiquated dusty place. The food was just barely okay. then you go to a temple with lovely views , next stop is Pienza. Nothing is open. There was literally nothing to do and we had an hour there. Seems very strange that this is a stop. On top of this, there were multiple people on the bus tour who were clearly ill , and coughing the entire trip. Very unfortunate to be stuck on the bus with them for multiple hours. Would not recommend this tour. Be prepared to be on bus that is not very roomy , for 6 hours.

Tuscany in one day-done well!
A very well done excursion to Montepulciano and surrounding areas. Our tour guide was exceptional. Very well versed and knowledgeable in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip. The highlight was the lunch with Cecilia and her sister. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend this trip.

Fantastic tour with Amazing Guide!
Clare's enthusiasm is absolutely infectious! She made the tour not only informative but exciting. We were jet lagged having just arrived from the US that same morning, but Clare’s energy spurred us on.

Before i went down there into the crypt i thought of the catacombs as an eerie place where the living and dead parted. But after going down there i can tell you all that all the fuss about the catacombs being a place of death and nothing more are just a bunch of bull. Me and Carl started playing billy joel down there in front of the ladies to show them we are scared of nothing.P.S it worked😏 but no comedy is said here when i tell you with my great and upmost concern that the catacombs were an amazing activity to do in paris and a high of our trip in paris

Wonderful experience
The tour was amazing and definitely recommend paying for a guided tour; not only do you skip the queues, but you find out so many things you would not learn without a guide. Our guide Scott was really knowledgeable, provided wonderful insight and even recommended other places in Rome to go and see.

Louise, the tour guide we...
Louise, the tour guide we met first was lovely, as a Brit myself it was nice to see how welcoming she was to international visitors. She was very knowledgeable about the Tower and was a perfect introduction before we met Tam, the Yeoman warder who continued the tour when we were inside the grounds. The Tower of London is spectacular and the history of my country of birth is always interesting so this tour was perfect for me.
