Florence was a passionate and very educated guide. She answered every question before you asked it. I think it is a wonderful tour that covered just enough to encourage the participants to continue exploring the rest of the museum.

The Louvre was exceptionally busy, but our guide, Anna, did a fantastic job of getting us to see all the high points quickly with a ton of great information on the history of the amazing pieces. Without our guide, it would have taken twice as long to see everything and we wouldn’t have enjoyed in half as much without the information she was able to share.

Our tour guide Rob or Roberto was amazing he’s so knowledgeable and I learned a lot about Italy during the trip makes it go so fast even though it’s a long trip…the trip was so well organised and the food he organised in Pompeii was soo good. Had an amazing time so worth the money you paid for. Definitely will look up City Wonders on my next travel.

This was an absolutely incredible trip from start to finish! Our guide in Pompeii, Giancarla, was so excellent and knowledgeable and patient and it was amazing to see how passionate she was about the history and preservation of Pompeii. Our time in Sorrento was also lovely, despite many restaurants being closed due to it being off peak season - it was no problem and actually having such empty streets was perfect to really enjoy this amazing place and move around comfortably. There were many cute souvenir shops and limoncello places open which made up for the closed restaurants! Finally, our day would not have been the amazing day it was without our incredible lead guide Roberto who is just brilliant, funny and thoughtful! I truly appreciate his bubbly personality which made the day even more perfect. Lastly our driver Fabio was excellent! I appreciate how he was able to drive us so comfortably and safely the entire day! 100% recommend this tour!!!!

Op voorhand schrok ik van de prijs, een flink bedrag voor twee personen. Het was goed geregeld en we werden goed begeleid naar de studio's met het vervoer. Eenmaal daar werden we door een enthousiaste gids meegenomen die ons ontzettend veel heeft laten zien en heeft verteld. Na een tour van 5 uur met een korte pauze, mochten we nog een keer op eigen gelegenheid een rondje maken. Dat wilden we wel. Nog eens 2 uur rondgelopen. Al met al een dure trip, maar het was het meer dan waard. Een hele blije dochter en daardoor genoot ik ook.

Everything on this trip was amazing. The highlights were our guide Sofia with our wonderful driver Antonio and, I must say, the Lunch, which was fantastic, with unlimited amount of home made food and various types of wine. I will remember this day for ever! Thank you! Dr. Ruti Bardenstein Israel.

The tour guide Louise was lovely and added humour and a London flavour to the orientation. The beefeater tour guide was not only educational but entertaining s as well. Plenty of time to self explore the tower, and early access meant no queues into the different areas!

I ragazzi all'accoglienza sono molto gentili e disponibili. L'opzione che ho scelto io aveva incluso solo l'audioguida che è molto striminzita. Consiglio di acquistare all'interno l' audioguida con la quale forniscono una mappa con il percorso da seuire, indispensabile se non si è mai stati dentro e per evitare di essere travolti dalla folla.

could not hear guide thru ear buds. more time, depending on group of people, at Pompeii rather than sorrento. not much to do or see in sorrento. maybe less people on tour. bus was full and chatter plus highway made it impossible to hear in the very back. very disappointing

I enjoyed the whole tour from start to finish. Everything was explained and our Harry Potter guide was very knowledgeable. We also had time at the end of the guided tour to go back and look around by ourselves.
