Fantastic day
This was a huge highlight of our trip to Italy. I worried it would be too long of a day or not worth it and I’m so glad we went and didn’t miss out.

Fun and informative tour
Excellent tour of the cemetery. Our tour guide, John gave us lots of information about the cemetery itself as well as interesting facts and stories about some of its famous occupants. I would recommend this tour as a fun activity to do while in Paris.

Worth it
Our guide, Maxim, did a wonderful job pointing out so many highlights in our 2.5-3hour tour! When I go into museums, particularly in a foreign county, I can be overwhelmed. This tour was great to show us some of the famous works of art, with light humor and informative advice. Absolutely recommend, even if you plan to spend more time in the Louvre!

Incorrect meeting point link on TripAdvisor led me to the wrong location, got lost, and missed the Venice tour.
I had a very disappointing experience with this tour booked through TripAdvisor. The meeting point was listed as "Monument to Victor Emmanuel II", which is the correct name, but the Google Maps link provided on TripAdvisor directed me to the wrong location: Riva degli Schiavoni, 30100 Venezia VE, Italy. Because of this misleading link, I ended up completely lost and spent valuable time wandering around trying to find the right spot. As someone visiting Venice for only a few hours, this was a frustrating and stressful experience. Instead of enjoying the city, I was left trying to fix an issue that shouldn’t have happened. It was a poor experience for a short trip, and I ultimately missed the tour I had been looking forward to. TripAdvisor and the tour operator really need to ensure that links provided are accurate, so future travelers don’t face the same issue. Tip to other travelers: Always double-check the meeting point manually on Google Maps before heading out.

Superb historical walking tour! Does not include entrance to ND, but so interesting! Ami was excellent!
We joined Ami for a 90 minute walking tour that ended up at St Chappelle where we spent about 20 minutes so plan for 2 hours. Pre tour communication was excellent - was clear this tour didn’t go into Notre Dame and was a walking tour round the island. Ami was an excellent tour guide!!! He had studied history and he was a brilliant raconteur with stories about the development of Paris and the history of the cities development. This was an excellent tour and we would highly recommend this, and you’re lucky if you get Ami!!!

A great tour for three great sites
My wife and daughter and I took this tour of the Colliseum, Palatine Hill, and the Forum. It was a beautiful Sunday morning during a Jubilee year, so it was a bit crowded - but our tour guide, Scott from Scranton, deftly navigated the crowds and found many spots for our group of 20 or so to gather. We've been in Rome for nearly a month and have taken in many of the sites already, but this tour was truly a pleasant and informative experience. We typically prefer to visit sites on our own and enjoy mostly self-guided experiences, but we opted to take a tour for these places in order to skip the (always long) lines and have a navigator in the (always large) crowd. We were pleased with our decision. If you're a person who loves tours, this is right up your alley. If you're not, like me, I would still recommend this tour in particular for ease of access and the great narrative told, specifically, by our guide. Tip: The tour is about three hours and ends in the Forum. If you can, account for another thirty minutes to an hour or more after the tour ends to continue exploring the grounds as you are able to stay within the boundaries even after the tour ends. Thanks!

A tour is a must.
It was good to have a guide to learn more and understand the meaning and history of the items on display. Previously I visited the Lourve and did not book a tour, and we did not know where to start.

Excursion aux Cinque Terre
Très bonne organisation, car et train pour aller aux différents villages. Villages de pêcheurs. Frédérica notre guide nous a donné de belles explications et de bons conseils. Petit bémol tour qu'en anglais. Nous avons compris quand même.... Sinon elle parle 4 langues et Frédérica nous a précisé quelques détails en Français car nous étions le seul couple de Français 😉. Superbes vues et un bol d'air au bord de la mer.

Louvre Museum
We got to experience the best museum in the world. Our guide spent 2.5 hrs with us educating us on the history of the Louvre and then the key statues and paintings. Very worthwhile booking.

The trip to Positano was not what I expected. It is a long trip. The most important thing is to be comfortable. The WiFi on the bus didn’t work and the heat was on so high it was stifling. I thought it was broken but I am not sure. We spent the day getting to Positano only to find out it is essentially closed for the winter. Most shops and restaurants are completely closed. We essentially drove all the way there to sit on the beach in the winter for an hour and drive back. Reading the description of this trip doesn’t mention any of this. Positano is beautiful but not a place I’d be in a hurry to go back to. Lot of $ for a poorly run trip. Our guide was friendly but seemed kind of above it all and disinterested.

Pierre was our guide for the 2.5 hr tour hitting the highlights of the Louvre that we would not have found on our own.... But more importantly, Pierre's outstanding knowledge and ability to connect the works of art to the untrained eye that made the difference for both my wife and I.... On a side note, we'd like to give a shoutout to this tour group for being available to help with our delayed arrival to the pickup spot due to our unexpected traffic issues. While on the way we, we contacted the company explaining our delay and they responded immediately to us and our tour guide.... Needless to say, we successfully joined our group and had an outstanding experience. We've used this tour group extensively in Italy and now in Paris and can't say enough good things about them.... Booking with them has taken much of the anxiety out of the needed planning required to enjoy our vacations!!
