Florence was an awesome tour guide. The Louvre is immense and she did a great job navigating us through the highlights and gave us a great overview of areas to visit and how to navigate on our own as we explored after the tour.

Left in the amalfi coast by myself. Do not book
First of all I would like to say that the amalfi coast was beautiful and they took us to a town called positano after visiting Pompeii we were told that we could wonder around and meet back up at the bus for 4pm. I got lost in positano after visiting the beach so I rang the customer service desk asking them where to go which they were very abrupt with me then told me (even though this was only 4pm by this point) that my tour Gide would have to leave and that if I went to the location they were telling me someone would be waiting for me who would take me back to Rome with their tour (Rome was 4 hours away), I then made my way to the location for approx 4:20pm as I had to walk a little distance to then see nobody was there, I then rang customer care to get hung up on twice then finally got through to somebody else who told me that they had to leave and I would have to make my own way back to Rome. I then explained that I was by myself, 23 years old with a phone on 10% and have no clue how to do and was given no explanation onto why the tour gide left or why nobody had ever tried to contact me from their company. I then had to pay for a taxi and two trains to get back to Rome which in total cost €109.04, which I was lucky I had otherwise I would’ve been completely stuck as anyone was refusing to help me. I was then told to email them and that this would be investigated, to then email them and be told “we cannot take responsibility for the events unfolded). Would not ever recommend booking as a couple also got left in Pompeii which should’ve been the first red flag.

Best Colosseum tour
Tour was amazing! Our guide was very knowledgeable and we could appreciate the passion that he had for the history. We would definitely recommend to anyone else wanting to learn more about the Colosseum.

I’m so glad I booked a...
I’m so glad I booked a guided tour instead of going on my own. You’ll immediately understand why once you get there. The line for the regular entry is so long! The groups enter in through a different lane. I believe our guides name was Omar. He was very educated on all of the statues and paintings that we viewed. He also did a great job of keeping our group together even though the museum was super crowed and there were so many other aggressive tour guides just pushing through. The place was so huge that it was nice to have someone point out the important pieces. After the tour, you can stay as long as you like on your own. We chose to leave because we were hungry. A few things to know for first timers… The main entry area takes you indoors to an area which has restaurants and shops. Then you clear security and enter into the museum. Again, once you enter, you can stay as long as you want but there is only 1 small café inside the museum with a super long line. You have to exit the museum to gain access to the restaurants prior to security. This was poor planning on our part. We did really enjoy the tour.

An unbelievable tour with the best tour guide!
John is the best guide I’ve ever had! Extremely passionate about World War II history! This was one of the best tours I’ve ever gone on. Highly recommend it even if you don’t have too many days in Paris.

Excellent! This was one of the best tours I’ve ever taken. I went with my parents, and they strongly agreed that taking this tour was a great decision. Our tour guide, Maria Louisa, was very professional and knowledgeable, especially in archaeology. She was also polite, sweet, and made everything perfect.

Not reliable, guide did not show up at the appointed time.
Guide did not show up at the appointed time and so we as well as other guests who had paid were left stranded. Not even q phone call to communicate the absence of the guide, very disappointing.

Excellent tour
This tour covers a lot of ground, I’m not sure how you could navigate the Vatican on your own without a guide.

Enjoy a tour of la Tour Eiffel
Masha was a brilliant host, taught us loads about the history of the tower, kept it immersive with pictures and questions, and made us all feel very comfortable. She gave plenty of explanation and assurances on what to expect, which made the whole experience most enjoyable. She was bubbly and always smiling. Going back in time
This trip is amazing. Made even more special by our knowledgeable Laura. Explained the history of Rome, the different regions of Italy as we drove through. Had a great knowledge of old and new Italy. Laura explained what was happening throughout the trip. Places to go and see when had spare time. Even on the way home Laura told everyone special places to do and see we hadn't heard about and some trip the company do, even in other city's. ( told us how to get home by bus, metro and taxis, going above and beyond her job. Looking forward to do more trips. Also Alexandro the driver was really helpful and Bernadette at Pompeii made the ruins come to life. Would really recommend this trip.

Excellent colosseum guided tour
Scott happened to be our tour guide for the Colosseum and his knowledge and passion on roman history really helped bring our visit to life so a huge shout out for Scott 😊 He also provided valuable information on other places which should not be missed and the best places to go eat. Would highly recommend to any others visiting rome

Great relaxed day trip to Mont Saint Michel
Sid and Onome were our guides. We chose to do this tour near the end of our time in Paris as most of our time had been spent walking the streets of Paris all day. It was great to slow down and take in the sights of the countryside and then come upon the magical and enchanted Harry Potter-esque sight of Saint Michel. It was a sight to behold and walk through. The laid back atmosphere was a welcome change to the masses you’d find at the Louvre and Paris Disneyland. We stopped for a bite at Le Tripot and tried the Calvados and local apple cider and well as eating gillet and an omelette. All of it fantastic. Sid and Onome were great at breaking up the trip with knowledge and recommendations. Highly recommended!

Normandy DDay cemetary and beaches
The tour was absolutely fabulous. John had so much incredible info in the first part. He really knows his history about WW1 and WW2. Actually, he is very knowledgeable about so much history in facts. He gave any wonderful recommendations about movies and books to read pertaining to the subject. It was very moving to be there and I think I will have to book another tour sometime there. Or go on my own. The lunch was fantastic as well. In the afternoon, Ash was wonderful with his commentary about the bunkers and cemetery of our fallen soldiers

Great value + itenerary
Great tour. Very good value considering the places we visited. Didnt feel rushed or too much time at any location. Tabitha, our guide, was great as well!
