Would recommend for a full day
The guides were great. Informative, kind, patient, and kept everyone on schedule. Castles were beautiful and interesting. Just enough time at each to see most of each, but you certainly can't dilly-dally and read every single thing. It was perfect pace for our family. The initial bus ride and ride back were long, but easy to sleep and they had wifi and phone chargers on the bus and a tiny bathroom. Wifi was not awesome, but my regular 5g data worked fine the whole way.

Poor communication
We arrived at Largo Gaetano Agnissi square at the Colosseu station prior to the start of our tour. We were unable to find the guide. I called the customer service person and she informed us that the meeting point was inside the station and upstairs. She also said she was unable to contact our tour guide by phone. We finally found a City Wonders guide and she gave us our tickets as the group had departed 5 minutes earlier. She said there would not be a way for us to meet the group. Our only option was to use the ticket and do the tour independently. Better communication between the customer service contact and the actual tour personnel could have been the difference between us being able to join the group (which we paid for) my or having to tour on our own.

Wonderful
Our guide was spectacular in the Tower. The cruise was lovely. The Eiffel Tower speaks for itself historically. I learned a lot about the structure that I hadn't known before thanks to our guide. The boat cruise is definitely worth it. Go in the early evening so you see the sun set.

Our tour guide (sorry I forget his name) was absolutely amazing. His knowledge about the Vatican, Sistine Chapel etc was incredible. He was extremely professional, patient & has a wonderful sense of humour.

When we arrived for our tour, our tour guide had already left. One of the staff were waiting for us to receive our tickets. We didn't know how to get there. I had rang the company about 4 times for directions but I was told to just follow the map. They didn't explain to us how to get there from Termini Metro station so we actually missed the tour. We got the tickets & had to tour around it ourselves. I found this very unprofessional.

Senior Citizens from Colorado
Daniel & Thelma gave us a wonderful history perspective of the events surrounding D-Day. The pace of the visit was appropriate with adequate time to explore on our own. The bus seats were very tight for the adult passengers. Lunch was okay Description of the meeting place could have been more explicit: "Church across the street from Hyatt Regency" would have helped our taxi driver at our 7AM departure time.

Brilliant tour
Masha was excellent, we had a brilliant tour with her to celebrate my husbands birthday. It’s a hard climb but very doable and the reward is amazing.

Die gesamte Tour war bestens organisiert. In Pompeji hatten wir einen sehr guten Guide, die Tour war sehr interessant. Der Vesuv war ebenfalls ein sehr interessanter Ort. Wir können die Tour absolut empfehlen.
