Extremely Disappointed! Guide had been super in-accodomating
We were just a few minutes late, but the guide didn’t even wait or check on us—they just left. We’re absolutely devastated. We spent a lot of money on this trip and relied on this experience, only to be completely let down. Now, instead of enjoying our trip, we’re stuck in our hotel feeling miserable and regretting ever booking this. Truly disappointing.

Florence was an amazing tour guide. She really made the museum and history come alive. I loved her enthusiasm and depth of her knowledge. I highly recommend her and this tour!
