Eiffel Tower was great!
We loved it! We went during the day. It would be nice to see at night with the 20,000 light bulbs. It is a must see!

Good, but far from great....
Good, but far from great. Tour started late, I’m not sure why, but no one notified anyone, so a bunch of random people from our group just hovered in the circle and got harassed and solicited to a million times. It’d be nice to have had the time to grab breakfast or something else with the precious time. Someone in our group got pick pocketed, and there wasn’t much the guide could do except continue the tour, but there should something guides are trained to do to help. There’s so much rich history, but I feel like I was missing some of the context still.

Disappointing Experience
We booked the Cinque Terre & Pisa tour for March 5th but, unfortunately, were unable to board due to a mix-up at the meeting point. Multiple buses were present, causing confusion, and despite being with a group of 10 other passengers, we couldn’t locate the correct bus in time. The tour left without us, even though a significant number of registered participants were missing. As a pregnant traveler, I was especially looking forward to this experience, which we had carefully planned in advance. However, the staff was unhelpful, unprofessional, and dismissive when we asked for assistance, only adding to our frustration. When we requested a refund due to these circumstances, the company simply blamed us for being late and refused to offer any compensation. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend booking with this company.

Our Tour guide was great and spoke English perfectly (he is from Pennsylvania). He had knowledge of everything and so much fun.

Paris trip
Our guide did a great job keeping the group together and was very pleasant. She spoke too quickly at times and with the accent was difficult to understand. She was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining things but she held the microphone in her hand and at times turned her head or moved her hand away from her mouth so we couldn’t hear her. It’s was great to see the big items in the Louvre without having to search for them. I wouldn’t want to try to find things without a guide. Overall was a good experience. Just needs to make sure the guides speak clearly and into the microphone.

Poor value for hundreds of dollars
This tour is a very poor value for the hundreds of dollars that it cost. The description makes it sound very robust: A tour of the Tower of London, a boat ride on the Thames, and viewing of the changing of the guard. In reality what we got was a little over 30 minutes with the tour guide, her offering to scan the QR code for the boat ride onto our cell phone (which was too blurry to use), and then we parted ways and were left to our own devices to self-tour the Tower. Although the guide was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable, this is, in fact, a self-guided tour. Worse of all, we were specifically interested in seeing The Chapel of St Peter ad Vincula, as this was one of our bucket list sites for our trip. We communicated this to the tour company and to the tour guide at the inception of the tour. The guide stated that we could access the chapel and pointed to its location. However, when we got to the chapel we were greeted by a sign that stated "closed for 13 weeks of construction due to elevator installation." This is clearly something that both the tour company and guide should have known. So although this is sold as an extensive tour, in reality it's very lean and something for which you could probably just purchase a ticket from the Tower ticket office. Definitely a huge letdown and something I would not recommend.

Jo was truly was a wonderful guide. She lead us well and took us to the best places to see and stand. She was entertaining and knowledgeable.

Viator is a rio off
The audio kept failing. They charged $60 extra to skip the line and can’t even provide decent audio. I will never trust Viator again.

Amazing tour!
We had an amazing visit with our guide Nicola. His pleasant and very knowledgeable manner really brought the visit to life for us. The three hours just flew past. I’d recommend this to everyone who visits the Vatican for the first time. Thank you Nicola!

Wonderful private tour experience
We booked a private tour experience and our guide Anais was brilliant. It was just the two of us with Anais and she was so incredibly knowledgeable. It was more like a conversation as she explained about the different art works and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Anais.

Time and money very well spent.
We were fortunate to have great weather; cool but not cold. No rain. We were there in early March so it was busy but not ridiculously crowded at all. Enrico, the tour bus driver was awesome on those narrow, winding roads and our tour, and our tour guide Fabrizio was good as well. We made it to all the sites on the tour and they were incredible.
