La guide ne nous à pas attendu au départ de la visite. On ne l'a pas retrouvé au niveau des portiques de sécurité. L'audioguide sur notre portoble. L'audioguide popguide est inintéressante au niveau culturel des salle. il s'est arrêté au niveau des arts contemporains et donc avant d'accéder à la Chapelle Sixtine.

The tour was absolutely amazing. Our guide Flavia was knowledgeable and made it easy for us to understand the history and art behind everything. The only negative point is that we arrived at the time mentioned only to find out that the tour organizer decided to postpone our tour by 30 minutes without any prior notice or communication so we basically had to wait in the street for almost 45 minutes before starting.

Louise was a dream guide. She was super relatable with our group and she was extremely respectful of our time and maximized all that we saw. She filled in travel and wait times with interesting history, stories and relevant information. Well done.

Although lines are still there, we moved smoothly thru the whole time.
Masha the lady who took us round was very knowledgeable about the activity and I’ve learnt a lot I didn’t know about the Eiffel Tower, I knew exactly what was happening throughout the activity! Definitely would recommend masha and the activity!

We had to wait a very long time while several tours entered before us and there was no explanation from the guide as to why, even though we were at the front of one of the queues. Guide provided all the facts but we didn’t feel any excitement or passion from him. The Sagrada Familia was stunning and so delighted we saw it from the inside as well as the outside and learned a lot it.
