Thelma was an absolute treasure if a guide!
I truly enjoyed my day trip to Normandie because of its rich history but honestly Thelma our tour guide was top notch and so much fun. She was the best tour guide I’ve ever had! Lawrence was also on the trip and he helped tag team the trip… was an absolute pleasure having both of these professional and knowledgeable guides. I would suggest this trip to everyone especially if you’re able to request Thelma!

Quoted one price and charged another and forced to pay it or cancel
Website quoted me $401 and the receipt confirmation says $401 but my card ws charged $648! They will not honor that price and basically said I can get a refund or pay the higher unauthorized amount already charged. No supervisor to speak with. Terrible customer service. Not sure how that is even legal.

The BEST Way to see The Louvre
Sid was wonderful! He was so knowledgeable and made the overwhelming Louvre a wonderful experience! Took us to the art that matters the most, told us stories that were fun and easy to listen to, and we felt that doing this tour was the only way to see The Louvre!

Fun and informative.
Jeremy was a wonderful guide; very knowledgeable and with that very pleasantly British sense of humor that made it even more fun. Really enjoyed exploring Tower of London, the cruise and then Westminster. I recommend this tour and Jeremy in particular.

Tower of London Beefeater Tour
Met tour guide Paul at agreed time of 9.30am sharp. He was excellent and was with us for around 30mins. Then passed onto Beefeater who was brilliant. This lasted for 40mins or so. We then did the tour of the tower which lasted another couple of hours. All in all a brilliant tour and would highly recommend.

Ritual performed three times a week worth seeing!
We were provided with backup information describing the guards, their responsibility and types. We saw the new guards escorted, by the band, from a distance, into Buckingham Palace. The guide did a great job explaining the different areas we were going to in order to maximize our experience.

Very good experience for our first visit to Rome. Knowledgable guide. Crowds feel able even in early March.

Pompei and Sorrento
The trip to Pompei was well worth the long trip , the guide at Pompei was very informative and good fun. However, we felt that the trip could have been better organised. The stop at the service station was expensive and the toilets were not working properly. After Pompei we were taken to a Limoncello factory which we thought was going to be more than just being dropped at a shop to spend more money, however this is all it was. We had a couple of hours in Sorrento to wander round the shops or get food/drinks, then the long trip back to Rome. We stopped at the same service station on the way back despite the toilets not working earlier in the day.

Quicker access, very informative
Guided tour gets you in faster and the guides provide much more information than we could of gotten by ourselves.

A special day
Thelma and Lawrence were amazing. They helped bring the history of D-Day to life. A very moving tour. It was easy to picture the events of that day with descriptions provided by Thelma and Lawrence.

Well worth it!!
Well worth it!! Our guide was Sylvana I think. She was beyond amazing - we learnt so much stuff. To think that she sometimes does this twice a day, you would never know! She’s so full of life and clearly loves what she does!

Eric was an excellent tour guide!! Very knowledgeable and entertaining. He was a natural at navigating the museum. Expertly walked us through exhibits culminating with the most iconic pieces.

Rome Colosseum, Forum and Palastine Hill
My husband and I enjoyed our tour of the Roman Forum, Palastine Hill and Colosseum. Elena was a wonderful guide and very engaging. We highly recommend this tour.

Do not take this daytrip
We were very disappointed with this trip. On a positive note the tour leader Sonia was absolutely brilliant. This trip was over 13 hours long and unfortunately we only had 2 hours rushing around Pompeii and 80 minutes to explore Positano, this meant we had about 10 hours either on the bus or waiting for it. In our opinion it would have been a much better and more sensible choice to visit Sorrento instead of Positano, it would have cut out a lot of travel time and given us more time in both Pompeii and Sorrento

It was ok
The tour guide Peter was the best of the best! He entertained and informed the whole bus ride quite well! The tour itself was way longer than it needed to be and seemed like a shopping trip. The Pienza at the end was a nice view for a minute but mostly shopping and no one was interested in buying . The one hour tour in Montepulciano was nice. Lunch was fine.

Tour guide was not good...
Tour guide was not good and information was not clear! We arrived at Pompeii and were split into 2 groups. The guide left our group at parking lot and we had no idea what we were doing. The bus situation was AWFUL! 40 plus people and NO air conditioning on very warm day. Traffic and stops in a tunnel breathing in full bus exhaust was not pleasant. Limited time in Positano and most everything was closed due to seasonal and timing. While the coast is beautiful and something to see I would never do it in tour like this. If you want to spend 7 plus hours on bus with NO AC, 40 plus people and a few hours at site, then this is your for you. So disappointing and wasted day of our vacation.
