This was a very interesting tour and thorough! The Cappuccino museum was fascinating to know the lives of the past and present Fryers. Our guide was extremely knowledgable and funny too!

Great way to experience the Catacombs
Sam was an amazing guide! We did a tour of the Paris Catacombs with special access to restricted areas. Sam was super knowledgeable about the Catacombs and Paris history. She managed to keep the group engaged with the tour by asking questions and making sure everyone was included in the experience. The restricted area access was well worth the price. I can’t say enough positive things about Sam; she really made the tour fun while also keeping in consideration the Catacombs’ purpose as a resting place for Parisians. I recommend this tour for anyone interested in history.

Interesting and less traveled adventure of Rome
Meeting point was easy to find and on time. We met our guide at the fountain in the center of the plaza. We were told right away that one of our three scheduled stops was under renovations and therefore we would be bypassing it and going to a different location (ended up being some old ruins and was a quick stop). The canceled stop was the Basilica of San Nicola which was said to reopen in several weeks. I’m assuming sometime in mid to late April but the guides were unsure. Our guide was great and very knowledgeable. The catacombs were greats and we had a thorough explanation of the history as we were guided below. The crypts were fascinating and consisted of an automated audio tour through a museum prior to entering the crypts themselves (The stop with the bone art). This venue closed at 1:30pm and we unfortunately had to skip through the last 6 audio stops and displays so we could spend roughly 5 minutes admiring the crypts. Very rushed at the crypts and there was literally staff moving us along towards the end and as our group exit the building they immediately shut the doors and locked them behind us. No fault to the guided tour but a little disappointing being rushed through. All in all I would still recommend, this trip for anyone wanting to see the less traveled parts of Rome.

Great tour!
If you aren’t looking to walk a good bit then this tour isn’t for you. If you’re okay walking up and down hills and steps then do yourself a favor and sign up for this tour. I don’t remember the name of our guide but she was a very very nice and petite woman. She was very nice and very educated on the subject matter. Always willing to answer a question for anyone. She kept the speed and pace of the tour perfect and we all very much enjoyed the time with her. Great tour

Comfortable bus and...
Comfortable bus and pleasant drive. Guide (Ash) was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and events of WWII. We had great weather. There is a lot of walking in some of the areas, but nothing strenuous.

Wouldn’t waste the time or money
Really not a tour, just a drop and run. Tabitha was very nice and gave us some info, but we couldn’t hear most of it because there were at least 45 people on the tour and they did not provide whisper headsets amplification devices to us. And, we had no real time to see either of the two towns in Cinque Terre and eat lunch! Also the trip to Pisa was a bust with every site requesting money to go inside! I would skip Pisa and spend more time in at least 3 of the villages of Cinque Terre. It was mostly a long bus ride and mini train rides for a one hour visit with no one with us to give us the history of the area.

City Wonder tour
When you click on the meeting and pick up details, it kept leading to the wrong place. Though I was at the place 20 minutes early, it took me 30 minutes to find this meeting place and that too after asking many other guides over there. I have never had this experience so far. None of the contact numbers for the city wonder company worked! Finally was able to find the 'city wonder' guys but the tour group had left already. We ended up touring it ourselves. The reps never did not even bother to contact the group to see if we could catch up with them.

Bad experience
Never found my tourist guide, I sent messages, emails and got no response when needed. There was another person at the venue who also didn’t find the tour guide so we had to go by ourselves and lost the money. Later, I got an answer from Facebook team saying that I couldn’t catch up the current group but could reschedule for next week because there were no refunds. Unfortunately I was leaving town that weekend. I definitely encourage the team to have a better communication with us because most of us are foreigns and might find difficult finding the tour guide if there isn’t any big sign or calling by phone. Internet communication would be best.

Changing of the Guards must do this tour! So happy we didn’t try to do this without a tour guide.

Company seems to have a lot of organization problems
Basically just a mark up of tickets sold by the studio. “Guide” wasted a lot of time trying to find tickets and customers, handed us off to another company once we got to the studio. Immediately separated from those guides and never saw them again.
