Tabitha was wonderful! Our driver, Roberto, was a bit “rough”. No where did it say that you couldn’t eat or drink on the bus and when he saw a couple with coffee and pastries he told them “no coffee, no eat on bus. Get off!” Other than that, it was a wonderful trip. The only part we didn’t like was Pisa…..but at least we got to see the leaning tower. It’s a small, dirty little town/village with TONS of tourist shops begging you to buy from them.

W tytule i opisie jest, że śniadanie jest wliczone, a nie jest. Nie można nigdzie też wybrać w tym opcji, że ze śniadaniem. Nie ma też audioprzewodnikq, tylko można ściągnąć aplikację na telefon, która mniej więcej mówi -„jesteście w muzeum i tam są rzeźby”. Przewodnik nie odnosi się do rzeźb, obrazów, itp tylko ogólnie nazwane. Nie polecam stanowczo. Do tego koszt 20 euro za pośrednictwo bo bilet be kolejki 25 euro. Spora przesada bo żadnego pośrednictwa w sumie nie było. Raczej mocno naciągane i niezbyt prawdziwe. Bardzo kiepskie.

Marina was a fabulous tour guide! The breakfast was sub-par - I did this tour many years ago when they just opened breakfast at Vatican and it was a much better dining experience; now it’s many people and food is not good. Previously it was super early and you truly had an intimate experience before crowds and now it’s packed. I would have preferred to skip breakfast. Also, it is poorly advertised that Wednesday is not a good day to go because St Peter’s Basilica is closed till later. It’s hidden under the know before you go section and then have to scroll almost to last line. I would have chosen a different day.

Great escape from Rome. Semih, our guide, was outstanding. Pictures will not do justice to the places you go to. The only thing is the food is mediocre but that is made up for with the wine.

Unfortunately we were five minutes late due to another tour that we booked through the same company. That other tour started late and made us late to the catacombs tour, so they left without us even though I called to say we were on our way. Unfortunate circumstance, but frustrating for us given all the money we paid and that every other tour guide was willing to wait for other guests on all the tours we had been on prior.

Took us around Florence, explained some areas, very pleasant guide. Explained art in the museum which was appreciated.

The tour was so rushed at times people were unable to keep up with the guide. The headsets had so much background noise she was very hard to understand

Fue increible, con paisajes hermosos, marina nuestra guía muy simpática. La única cosa que no me gustó mucho es que debía ser un poco organizado para todas las personas poder ir en la ventada del tren bernina y poder disfrutar de las excelentes vistas.
