Good tour felt somewhat rushed but overall interesting wished the guide would have introduced himself and given us a heads up about the experience in the war rooms

A great visit to the Coliseum
If you want to see the Coliseum and surrounding areas with no queues and an informational guide - this is the tour for you. Giorgio was an excellent guide and we enjoyed our day in history!

Book this tour to see the Eiffel Tower
Our tour guide, Yusra, was awesome! She had the whole group engaged and participating in the history of the Eiffel Tower making it more enjoyable for our 13 and 12 yr old kids. The views from the summit were incredible. Highly recommend booking this tour with the company because we were breezing through all lines! Thank you for a memorable experience, Yusra!

Loire Valley tour - great scenery, average tour
We travelled from Canada and booked our tour with City Wonders for the Loire Valley and Louvre in advance. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the castles and partaking in the wine tasting, and bought a delicious bottle of Rose to take with us. Our tour guides were welcoming and kind, however we felt that the delivery of the historical information was disjointed and without a natural flow. Neither guide seemed to have a deep historical understanding of French history (Google cleared up some details for us), and had difficulty expressing detailed information, due to English being their third language. The itinerary was not clearly laid out by the guide, as we ended up in a small town and had (delicious) lunch right near a castle, where she explained we would be dividing up for a castle visit and wine tasting. We had 15 minutes after lunch before what we thought would be a castle visit, and we boarded the bus for a 45 minute drive to another castle. It would be courteous if it was enforced that all tour takers arrive on time and board the bus on time after a stop, and not make other patrons wait 15 minutes here and 20 minutes there. Tour guides could maybe suggest to “set your alarm for returning to the bus”.

Amazing tour with a great gyuide who really knew her stuff
We did this tour from an advertisement on Tripadvisor and it was really, really good. We really did skip past all the long lines, and believe me the lines are long, aso it is well worth it. The Vatican Museum and buildings are amazing and it is a place you must not miss. Rather than mention all the amazing details I can only say make sure you do this tour its unmissable. Definitley choose a tour where you skip the lines , because the guide we had was excellent and gave a great insight into various artworks and other exhibits.

Impossible to locate tour guides - no information, completely missed tour
There was absolutely no information on where to meet the guides, we arrived to meeting point on map and it was just the plaza, I called Viator to ask for help and stated we were a few minutes late because we had gotten lost in the square and she simply said the tour was started even though it was only 10 minutes after the start time, we ran around for 45 minutes trying to find anyone to help us, it was chaotic, crowded and there was no tour guides anywhere. After one hour of trying to locate anyone we left….my kids were crying out of disappoint, I messaged the contact support several times and got no reply. The other tours we have booked they have provided exact landmarks, and information , we still have no idea where we should have met the guides. This is our first time in Rome, I’m alone with my children, incredibly disappointing that they didn’t even try to help us find the entrance or enter since we prepaid. Do not recommend at all!!!

Skip the Line Tickets Worth It
It was exactly what I expected. We paid extra to skip the regular line and go through the tour guide line. We were inside the Vatican in less than 10 minutes. Book the earliest time you can. We booked the 8:30 and there were fewer people. Museum tours start at 10 so you get ahead of that. Buy the earbud or bring an old one that can be plugged into the audio guide (can buy in museum). We used our earbud from our previous Viator Tour 😊 Sistine Chapel was amazing. No pictures in this area. My daughter and enjoyed it and recommend the Skip the Line option!

We had an amazing (but cold!) trip to the top. Kritika gave wonderful information about the tower and Paris! If you’re visiting in winter remember to wrap up warm.

Amy was a phenomenal tour guide. She made the experience of visiting the Vatican, Sistine, Chapel, and Saint Peter Square a remarkable experience. She explained everything extremely well and provided a history lesson and pertinent information along the tour.

Just absolutely beautiful! Our guides were brilliant teachers who shared their info about the region with love. The food and wine were glorious. They take great care of you all day and you see such magical beauty and history.
