We LOVED the information provided by our tour guide, Julie Gonzalez! Had we not taken the tour we would not have learned all the interesting facts about how the outside is basically the story of Jesus, from birth to death. She pointed out all the reasons behind the symbolism. It was just fascinating! She was enthusiastic and energetic and very very nice. At Park Guell, again, Julie was phenomenal, providing fun facts, history and the reasons behind the symbolism used. I wish we could use her as a tour guide for our entire trip. She made our tour so great… thank you Julie!!

We had an amazing day - Pompeii was extraordinary - Claudia was an excellent guide. Sorrento was breathtaking, and Alessandro guided us through it all with skill and good humour. I’d recommend the trip for a day packed with history and incredible views.

Our 3 hour tour of the Louvre with our guide Abdel was incredible!! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable of art, art history and ethnography. He was a wealth of knowledge. Abdel was able to navigate us through the amazing building of the Louvre giving historical and architectural facts. He was so patient and easily navigated us through the crowds slowing g us time to appreciate what we were looking at. I highly recommend this tour with Abdel. It was fantastic. Even my 16 year old enjoyed it!

Pessima… pagamos super caro 156 euros, por 2 ingressos sem fila com áudio guia… primeiro que tinha muita fila e segundo que o áudio era péssimo… não tivemos instrução nenhuma, não sabíamos por onde começar, o áudio era genérico de cada um dos museus internos e você nao tinha como identificar do que estavam falando… por conta dessa aquisição deixamos de contratar o áudio do museu que parecia bem detalhado e específico para cada obra. Era melhor ter comprado o ingresso por conta… ia custar 50 euros (1/3 do valor pago), inclusive desejo o dinheiro dessa diferença de volta, já que o áudio não serviu de nada.

le billet coupé fil est une bonne chose malheureusement les explications données en bas des marches ont été trop rapides et mal compréhensibles pour des non anglophones. Pourtant nous avions bien précisé notre langue. Ce qui fait que nous nous sommes égarés à l'intérieur et épuisés à tenter vainement de faire correspondre ce que l'on voyait avec l'audio guide qu'il nous avait été demandé de télécharger, audio guide bien trop incomplet et simpliste. Quel dommage

It was a fun day, with a lot packed in! Ronata did a nice job, however we got lost a few times as her directions could have been clearer. She was friendly and worked hard!
