Louvre tour by Florence.

The Louvre, the grandest, the most beautiful art museum in the world is a highlight just to behold. Marvel at the exterior structure and once inside look up. The glass pyramid ceiling is literally the modern light illuminating the past. So much to see, every piece important but a few must see highlights to understand the history of ourselves. Nike, Mona Lisa’s eyes and smile, Napoleon’s coronation, Liberty Leading the Revolution… Thank you Florence for a wonderful tour and sharing your insights!

Extremely deceptive and disappointing

Total waste of time. They spent an hour taking us to a church that was closed. We waited and they never opened it. Then they took us to a different crypt than advertised, there was no bones, as they depicted. I reached out to the tour, they were not interested in making it right . Totally wasted time, money. Insulting!

Summit Access and Cruise

I booked this tour because it was the only way we could access the summit. Definitely worth it! We enjoyed the view and the cruise was lovely. I liked this cruise because it was smaller than some of the boats we saw passing by us. The tour guide was helpful and answered questions for people about Paris as we waited to head into the Eiffel Tower. It wasn’t a tour so much as access, but that’s all we needed. I also appreciate that the tour company called to make sure we knew where to go. We were checking in as they called, but I liked that they wanted to make sure we did not miss the tour and knew where to go. Most wouldn’t have bothered to do that.

Could be better

The views during the trip were awesome. The people organizing the tour do their best to accommodate you. Special shoutout to Fernanda who was our tour guide at Montepulciano. A couple of things to keep in mind -it is not a max of 25 people, we had over 40 people on our bus. The only time you’re in a group of 25 is during the tour of Montepulciano. -the larger sized groups makes every stop or transition take much longer than necessary.

A must do!

Fantastic tour. Very informative and interesting. Great guide. Good for families. Feel the early and less glamorous history of Paris.

How do you do the Louvre...

How do you do the Louvre in 3 hours-you take a tour and hit the highlights. Our guide did a wonderful job showing us the most famous pieces and lesser known works and sharing the stories behind the Louvre. This was a perfect overview.

Awesome coliseum tour

The colosseum is an awesome artifact from Roman times and our tour guide have a very knowledgeable account of it. She was also very good at keeping a large group together, accommodating people with physical limitations as we went higher up into the colosseum. She was good at answering our questions and made time for our questions and time to just look and take pictures. Our time in Rome was limited that afternoon so we had to leave just as we were entering the Forum. A better head set (maybe double earbuds?) would have made the tour more enjoyable. Static and ambient noise made it harder to hear unless you stayed close to the guide.

Fantastic tour!

Our tour guide, Rita Tostello, was fantastic. She absolutely made the palace and the basilica come to life and perfectly paced the tour. This is a must for anyone visiting Venice!

Thoroughly enjoyed the catacombs. We had a great guide who explained lots as when went. somehow was his name.Bus driver we also excellent

This was worth every $. Barbara our guide was amazing. Only minor point would be group was a little too big for the spaces in catacombs. We could have spent longer it was that great. Well worth doing

Loved a majority of the...

Loved a majority of the tour! The audio portion at the first location was a bit dry but we understood the importance of it in regards to knowing the history behind the Capuchin crypts. The Capuchin crypts and the second and third location on this tour really took our breath away and we really enjoyed ourselves. Alessandra was our guide and she was quirky, fun, and very knowledgeable. Would recommend this tour for sure!
