Visit to Versailles
Excellent tour. The guide was very good. Timings were great and good value for the money. Pick up and drop off points were convenient.

Vatican Museums/St Peter’s & Sistine
I was with CityWonders and had Amil as my tour guide in a small, 10 person group. As someone who was a history major in college, Amil is extremely knowledgeable as it relates to the museum, basilica, chapel and Roman history in general. She is multilingual and was easy to talk to. She ran the tour seamlessly but still stopped at the appropriate ideal picture places and recommended to capture the moment. She knew all of the best places to take pictures and went above and beyond her call of duty, by helping me to take pictures (since I was alone). If you ever have a bad or mediocre tour guide, you’ll see the significant difference in Amil’s abilities. I absolutely 100% recommend.

Louvre tour by Florence.
The Louvre, the grandest, the most beautiful art museum in the world is a highlight just to behold. Marvel at the exterior structure and once inside look up. The glass pyramid ceiling is literally the modern light illuminating the past. So much to see, every piece important but a few must see highlights to understand the history of ourselves. Nike, Mona Lisa’s eyes and smile, Napoleon’s coronation, Liberty Leading the Revolution… Thank you Florence for a wonderful tour and sharing your insights!

Too rushed .
It isn't what I expected. Having been there before,i felt half of artifacts missing .rg mosaics on the walls .statues been taken away plus not shown new excavations in which I thought we would see .

The ups and downs of this tour
This tour is ALOT of walking uphill on uneven pavement. A lot of walking to each town and back to the bus because the bus cannot go into the towns. At end of tour we were dropped off far from transportation to fend for ourselves. Description of the walking situation should be included in describing this tour. With all that said, the town’s were beautiful and the lunch was fabulous

A must-see in Paris
This was a fun tour, especially going to the top. Our guide, Sofia, was great and accommodating to the multi-lingual group. We had seen these sites and buildings from the ground, so it was fun to see them from above and get the history.

The Vatican museo was remarkable. Skipping the endless queues fantastic. The amount of people was overwhelming. Being able to do at own pace was great.

Awesome coliseum tour
The colosseum is an awesome artifact from Roman times and our tour guide have a very knowledgeable account of it. She was also very good at keeping a large group together, accommodating people with physical limitations as we went higher up into the colosseum. She was good at answering our questions and made time for our questions and time to just look and take pictures. Our time in Rome was limited that afternoon so we had to leave just as we were entering the Forum. A better head set (maybe double earbuds?) would have made the tour more enjoyable. Static and ambient noise made it harder to hear unless you stayed close to the guide.

Very good tour outsisde Venice
Nice tour. The guide Susana was super friendly. The visit to Murano factory was nice and interesting. The visit to the gallery is good to live the experience of this art but it is out of the regular tourist to buy a piece of glass art, the cost could be half the price of your entire trip to Italy. Tour is not expensive given the distance in boat from Venice. The Burano island is spectacular. I wished we had 1 more hour to spend in the island.

one day trip Cinque Terre and Pisa
we went on a day trip to cinque terre and pisa. had a wonderful tour guide Elisabetta with us. very informative and funny. and our driver Antonio is the best. the trip was efficient and on time. we had the best lunch in monterosso. Tosca Bistrot. had the best spaghetti with pesto. and the anchovy appetizer to die for. a bit on the pricey side but definitely worth the money. so we had a great experience! thank you elisabetta and antonio and city wonders

Loved a majority of the...
Loved a majority of the tour! The audio portion at the first location was a bit dry but we understood the importance of it in regards to knowing the history behind the Capuchin crypts. The Capuchin crypts and the second and third location on this tour really took our breath away and we really enjoyed ourselves. Alessandra was our guide and she was quirky, fun, and very knowledgeable. Would recommend this tour for sure!

Extremely deceptive and disappointing
Total waste of time. They spent an hour taking us to a church that was closed. We waited and they never opened it. Then they took us to a different crypt than advertised, there was no bones, as they depicted. I reached out to the tour, they were not interested in making it right . Totally wasted time, money. Insulting!
