Fantastic guide (Addi) who helped ensure we had a fantastic experience. Everything from lockers to where to buy water were clearly explained before beginning. We were then lead through the highlights of the Louvre, a perfect tour for your first time visiting!

Great but sometimes dark history of ancient Rome
There is so much to see on this tour it is money well spent. You see so much in 3hrs and learn quite a bit along the way. Maria was our guide (I believe this is her name, she stated she studied archaeology) and she was really knowledgeable. She did a wonderful job explaining the history of the Colosseum and surrounding areas include the Forum and Palatine Hill. It was a terrific way be exposed to the history of the area.

This trip was unforgettable. My pictures of Lake Como were unbelievably looking like paintings, taken from the boat ride to Bellagio. I enjoyed the experience and would love to do it again.

Let down for the cost
I actually thought this tour had a guide, not just audio from an ap The ap wasn’t very easy to follow. It doesn’t know where you are in the audio. It is just random stories. I’d didn’t feel like it added any value. The only nice thing was purchasing all the tickets together.

Book the tickets before you panning to go
The history is amazing, outside is disaster not because the building but the tourist if you want to go inside better booking the ticket online otherwise you cannot go in because of the schedule or not enough time,, the restaurant near there not much options you have to walk more further to eat something

Herded Cattle
This was by far the worst tour we took. We were herded like cattle in the Vatican and through the rooms with out even a chance to look or read the exhibits. It was not our guides fault, she was very knowledgeable of the rooms but it was like a race to get to the end as she briefly mention the rooms and then moved on. There were so many people that it just made the 3 hour tour a nightmare, a lot of shoving and pushing. I would never book a tour for the Vatican or even try to see it on my own. There are so many more things to go and see and not have the crowds and be able to enjoy what you are looking at.

With any luck you will get Emiliano as your tour guide. He was fantastic! A walking history guide and so entertaining! If you have any interest in crypts and catacombs do not miss this tour!

It’s very crowded but...
It’s very crowded but absolutely amazing!! Even with a tour, we had to wait in line and it was pouring rain. Maria our guide, was fantastic. Very informative and fun! We were not able to go to St. Peter’s Basilica and that was disappointing.

Wonderful site, very easy tour
Great time, nice to go in the less crowded season. Easy to navigate, great directions. Lots of free time to explore. Absolutely worth it, but prepare yourself for the snug bus seating for 4 hours out and then back. They take a break on the drive at the halfway point, but perhaps still a bit cramped. But still, absolutely worth it.

The good and the bad
Great tour and experience. The guides Dan and Ash were super friendly and knowledgable. The drivers were great as well. When I booked this months ago I put a note on booking stating I have celiac disease and my son is vegan and that my husband can eat anything. This was a 14 hour tour and we didn’t eat all day. Lunch was provided and nothing vegan or gluten free was offered. I feel if you are offering a lunch then dietary restrictions need to be taken into account. We paid the same as everyone else that were given lunch, but we were given nothing. Terrible business model. Yes, two small gas stations were stopped at and neither offered gluten free or vegan. I would recommend this tour only if you have no special dietary needs.

Extremely friendly professional guide.
Viator are not the cheapest tours but our Tour Guide Oxana (AKA Chiara) was superb , The tour was well structured and ran at a nice pace her knowledge was amazing along with a good sense of humour very enjoyable never boring.

Terrible
We had scheduled this trip through trip advisor. We got to the location about 10 minutes prior to the tour and could not find any tour operator. On other tours, tour operator would call just to check where you are. No one called. There was no direct access to your guide. I tried to call 1-800 number provided but it took them long time to pick up. The tour was gone. Did not find any other tour for the same day since we were leaving next day from Venice. Asked for refund but they would not honor it eventhough we did not go on the tour. Don't recommend trip advisor or this tour operators

Pisa & Cinque Terre with Tour Guide with Lorenzo
This tour was awesome! Lorenzo and our bus driver were friendly and Lorenzo is an excellent tour guide, ready with a hand-out map of our route and his as well as emergency phone numbers. Lorenzo was very thoughtful and accommodated me when I had some difficulty walking that day. He thanked the group for being punctual when returning to our agreed-upon times after spending time exploring our locations and he shared little bit of himself and even a poem he liked. He just made us feel very special that day!

The tour guide (Nathan)...
The tour guide (Nathan) was humorous and gave us a lesson on taking better pictures with iPhone. Really liked the Siena guide (Lucia) she was very informative and engaging. I would have liked a little more info about San Gimignano before we got off bus but we went around on our own and explored..

Great Family Tour
Our family had a wonderful tour of St Marks Cathedral and Doges Palace. The guide was very knowledgeable and informative of the history of Venice, the Cathedral and Doges Palace. We crossed over the bridge of Sighs and saw some of the prison cells once used. The architecture, history, and beautiful artworks are jaw dropping. A must see for first time in Venice.
