Nella prenotazione non era specificato che fosse in lingua inglese, arrivati al punto di incontro abbiamo trovato un organizzatore, scorbutico e insensibile che non ha voluto sapere ragioni e pur essendo tutti italiani ed aver pagato oltre 160 euro in due non ha voluto aiutarci, anzi ha fatto pressione sulla accompagnatrice per non parlare con noi in italiano. Ma comunque anche il sito è diventato complice di queste truffe, su tutti programmi c’è la specifica del tipo di lingua…. Vergognoso approfittare della semplicità di chi prenota

The service was great. The day we chose was Saturday, long lines. The groups have shorter lines. Try to go during the weekdays.

Was a great tour made even better by out tour guide Francesca Gin … she was friendly personable and very knowledgeable on all aspects of the tour and gave us lots of information about Venice on the boat trip to and from the islands … she made our rainy day trip fun and interesting

This guide talks excessively, to the point of making you want to fall asleep. She repeats herself often, and at times, people stopped listening to her, but she just kept going. We ended up leaving her behind as what was supposed to be a 1-hour tour turned into a 2-hour ordeal. She also showed up very late to the meeting point, and both us and others who had booked with her were concerned she wouldn't show up at all. I wouldn't recommend this guide

This tour was absolutely incredible! Our guide Katerina was friendly, engaging, knew so many fun facts and kept things moving and interesting the whole time. She took us exactly where we needed to be to get photos and videos and it was perfect. Highly recommend and if you’re lucky enough to get Katerina as your guide you will have a wonderful time!

Avoid this trip!!

This was just not an enjoyable day. First, though we arrived early, my minor child and I had to sit in different areas of the bus. We were not allowed to return to different seats after our stops because the bus was sold out. This meant we were separated for more than 9 hours due to the travel time. There is just too much time on a bus - it claims this is a 13 hour trip but we didn’t arrive back in the city until 10:30 at night (15 hours). There is a train to Pompeii from Rome and I would highly recommend just taking the train yourselves rather than spending a full day on a packed tour bus.

Great day

Good long trip. Very informative guides. Great experience in a unique place. I would recommend it, but you need to know there is a lot of steps and ups and downs.
