This tour was disappointing. The guides were very nice, and they are the reason I rated as high as I did. It seemed like their goal was more to make money for their business partners. The place they took us for lunch was an utter disappointment. The food was barely edible. The actual tour did not match up with the description presented. I would not recommend this tour company to anyone! Beware!

Eva was an excellent guide. She gave us a lot of history as we traveled to the two islands. We saw a glassmaking demonstration and had time to wander in our own in the streets of Murano. We also saw la e making in Burano and had time to visit lace stores and get gelato! There were 20 people on our tour, which was not too big. My family and I had a great day!

Wir haben insgesamt 108€ mehr bezahlt, als wenn man es direkt vor Ort gemacht hätte - und es gab genügend Tickets. Anstelle insgesamt 64€ für drei Personen für den Eiffelturm und Bootsfahrt, haben wir 172€ bezahlt. Zuerst mussten wir bei einer desinteressierten Person warten, bis der Guide kam, dann mussten wir in der ganz normalen Warteschlange 25 Minuten warten und Schlussendlich alleine zur Bootstour - obwohl bei der Buchung explizit stand „EIFFELTURM MIT BOOTSTOUR UND GUIDE“. Und hätten wir nicht nach der Bootstour selbst gefragt, dann hätten wir nicht einmal die Info bekommen, wo wir hin müssen. Einzig alleine der Guide selbst war gut. Aber alles andere war schon fast „Abzocke“ und ehrlicherweise ging’s uns nicht ums Geld - daher hatten wir es ja so gebucht. Daher ein guter Tipp für alle, die das erste Mal dort sind. Habt keine Angst - es gibt jeden Tag genügend Tickets vor Ort. Nur online sind sie schon weg.

Litt liten tid i Pompei, men ellers helt topp. Kjempe dyktig guide som kunne mye. Sorento var også en kjempe hyggelig by.

Décevant, qualité du matériel audio catastrophique, ne tient que difficilement à l’oreille et son très brouillé, haché qui rend inaudible les commentaires de la guide

Super Erfahrung! Wir haben die Tour gebucht, um die lange Warteschlange zu vermeiden – was sich definitiv gelohnt hat, auch wenn es an dem Tag insgesamt sehr voll war. Die Führung war informativ und die Guide hat uns nicht zu lange aufgehalten, was für uns genau richtig war. Anschließend hatte man noch genügend freie Zeit, um alles in Ruhe zu bewundern.
