Our day trip from Rome to Pompei and Sorrento was fantastic! The meeting spot was convenient and the bus was comfortable, complete with WiFi and USB charging ports. Everything ran perfectly on time. Our driver, Gianni, did a great job navigating safely, and our guide, Antonini, was incredibly knowledgeable and kept us entertained with his humor and interesting historical facts. The gift soap at the end was a plesant surprise. I'd highly recommend for anyone who wants to see more out of their Rome tour.

The start of the tour was chaotic. The group tickets our guide tried to use were already used. It took time to call the company to send new tickets. The new tickets were used also. We only gained entrance because Musee d'Orsay knew our guide and allowed us entry. That was wasted time and frustrating.

チヴィタの絶景が見たく予約しました。個人で行くと大変ですが、バス移動なので楽でしたし、イタリア旅では毎日予定を詰めつめにしていたのでバスで寝れてよかったです。 まず小さい村に行き、1時間半くらい自由時間がありました。教会の中を見たり、現地のカフェを楽しみました。街並みも素敵でしたし、カフェもレベル高かったです！ その後、お土産屋さんに行き試食と買い物をする時間があります。日本人スタッフもいました。 移動してワインとパスタなど昼食をいただきました。美味しくてボリュームもあったし、頼めばワインもお代わりさせてくれました！ チヴィタですが、天気も味方して超絶景で最高でした！ただ街まで結構険しい道のりなので、歩きやすい靴で行った方がいいです。 チヴィタは2時間弱ありましたが、街散策&ジェラート&写真沢山撮ったら時間は消えました。 ツアー中ずっとガイドのCiara がトークで楽しませてくれて、勉強になりました。 途中会社としての営業も感じることはありましたが、強制では無いので嫌な感じはしなかったです。 イタリア都市周りましたが、景色として綺麗&街にオリジナリティを感じたという点では1番行って良かったです。

The day was longer than expected with arrival back to Rome a bit after 8.30pm The schedule put into itinerary was a bit off, we had 1.5hrs at Sorrento instead of the 2hrs listed and there was a lot of traffic which meant more time on the bus. The Pompei part of trip felt rushed, our group got separated, did not see a lot of the site. Bus was comfortable enough. Guide on bus did the best they could for 1 person across a full coach full of tourists. Good value considering the distance travelled, although I wouldn’t recommend it to others as felt like majority of day was sitting on the bus

Good but I wished we got to see them make the lace and I wished we could have tried the glass blowing.

Confusing explanation. He may want to consider telling the story more clearly and with a central family. It’s confusing jumping around.

Alberto was a great host! He shepherded us through the two attractions well; and the crypts and catacombs themselves are such a cool gem. There were some awesome surprises in the catacombs that I won’t spoil, but the history of Rome felt very tangible down there.

Erica was a great tour guide. She was very knowledgeable about the Destinations and also gave us local advice.
