Personal, memorable experience with Christian
Christian was knowledgeable, personable and very hospitable. He remembered the names of his guests and tailored the tour details to our interests. He had a great sense of humor and made us feel very special. He offered great insights and facilitated a very memorable experience. Overall, this was a great value and intro to the Vatican museum highlights & Sistine chapel. I will probably return to the museum on my own in the future to have more time to explore other galleries in more detail.

Great Tour for Solo Traveler!
Amazing! The information my tour guide shared was so informative. The museum was so big I’m happy I had the group with me to help navigate as I was a solo traveler. Highly recommend this tour!

Think twice before make a booking
We booked this tour because we don’t want to spend few hours to get the ticket . But the thing is , our tour with strong Italian accent , which is very difficult for me to hear , plus she talked about her personal staff more than background story around this two Beautiful location in Rome. And you don’t have enough time to take photo. You better buy ticket directly from official channel.

Okay tour…not really what I was expecting.
The catacombs were okay, but really just a bunch of tunnels with dug-out areas where bodies were placed….no bodies there anymore. The Capuchin crypt was a little macabre, since it was bones made into “art”. Because of traffic (on the bus for 90 minutes), we didn’t get to go to the church. The guided tour through said we would receive a 10% refund since we didn’t get all 3 of the tour stops….we will see….so far, 24 hours later, no email or message from the tour company.

Magical Experience
Really Loved it. The Guide was very friendly. The tour was magical. The guide at the studio was really cool. A true Potterhead or Potternerd as they say.

Tuscany is peaceful and charming.
Getting out of Rome for the day, it was lovely to see the open land. Our tour guy was fantastic Sammie was knowledgeable with the whole place. Not a lot of walking. Had quite a few stops. First one was a pit stop and breakfast. What a wonderful place. You could try tasting before you buy. The whole day was great, Sammie went out of his way to make sure we all had a good time. Even got to see a Christmas market. Lunch was OK, I wouldn't rave over it. The sisters were very friendly, staff could do better.

Rude guide for a tour that does not deserve the money
A rude guide who could not wait for me to go to the toilets before she starts the 2 hour tour. Arrogant and not tourists-oriented. The tour should be a small group, this is why I paid 64€ per person and we were 17. Two weeks before the date of the tour I wanted to cancel 2 persons from our 8-person-group, that I knew they wouldnt make it. Even if I book a tour that was refundable until the last day the system would not allow me to change the number of people and I paid for 8 persons even if we only attended 6. I would not recommend you to book with them the Villa Borgese.

A stellar experience
Hamish was superb - so knowledgeable and thorough! Not only was it engaging and educational, but also entertaining. Additionally, you can tell he caters a bit of what he's pointing out to the specific group he's brought along. We moved efficiently through the major works of the museum and he somehow kept track of each and every one of us along the way :) ! Additionally the meeting spot and provided instructions were well described - there was no issue checking in with the group. Would 100% do again. Be sure to wear comfy shoes.

Muy buena experiencia. Ha sido un día muy bonito visitando Manarola y Monterosso, dos pueblos muy bonitos de la costa en Cinque Terre. Además, nuestro tour también incluía la visita de Pisa para terminar el día. Nuestra guía, Elisabetta, ha sido un encanto desde el principio hasta el final, respondiendo a todas nuestras preguntas con gusto y dándonos toda la información que necesitábamos durante el día. Siguiendo sus indicaciones, todo ha salido genial (cambios de transporte y organización), lo que nos ha permitido disfrutar del día sin preocupaciones. Recomendaría la experiencia 100%.

Patrick was very informative!! Not only did he lead us through a very thorough tour but answered questions along the way to give us a great understanding of life when the Colosseum was in its prime. Would highly recommend this tour!!

Just amazed with the...
Just amazed with the amount of history was able to be seen within such a short amount of time. Tour guide was exceptional, small language barrier with the speed of the words, but was still impressed with the knowledge of the guide! Make sure you are ready for some walking and some crazy slanted stairs.

Very disappointing
The tour guide was supposed to be in blue so you could easily spot her. She wasn’t. The tour was supposed to come with headsets so everyone could hear easily. It didn’t. She spent the first 20 mins of the tour in the main lobby, telling random jokes/ stories and not giving an overview of the museum. Everyone was eager to get going. The tour guide wasn’t able to answer questions, wandered around reading off the labels on the walls (which we could have done ourselves for free), seemed to have very little knowledge of the art, had to ask security guards for directions several times, etc. Everyone seemed pretty annoyed and we left early. She said she came an hour early to see a special exhibit. Perhaps that hour would have been better spent preparing for the tour and understanding which sections were open etc. She was nice but I would not work with this tour company again.

Wonderful tour
Everything was amazing. The guide, Enrica was fantastic. The driver Giovanni excellent. Enrica had fifty years of experience and it really showed. She was entertaining, knowledgeable and so helpful. The local guide was very good too. We had a lovely lunch with plenty of different wines and my gluten free needs catered for.

Normandy D Day trip
The museum and the actual battle sites were very interesting.I don't think the cider tasting fit with the trip.The time could have been used elsewhere. Adding the German cemetery was great.The bus was seriously uncomfortable with my knees up against the seat in front of me.Overall worth the trip with my son but.....
