Nuestra guía Mónica lo ha hecho genial y al final del tour ha sido muy amable al recomendarme un lugar para comer (a petición mía). Lo único malo es la acústica. Sería mejor utilizar audífonos individuales para escuchar a la guía porque en el barco el sonido se perdía, incluso los angloparlantes tenían problemas para entenderla. Pero... lo dicho: ella lo ha hecho fantásticamente bien 🙂

Laura was our guide and she was amazing! I loved all of the fun facts she told us along the journey, it made the experience even more interesting! Pompeii and Sorrento were awesome, I’d highly recommend this tour to everyone ☺️

Die Tour war echt fantastisch. Angefangen vom Treffpunkt bis zur Rückreise war alles sehr gut organisiert. Man darf einen speziellen Eingang nehmen welcher ein langes anstehen umgeht. Dazu kann man die Studios nach der Führung ebenfalls alleine erkunden. Unser Tourguide Greg war sehr nett und gab viele Infos zum Set, den Schauspielern und viele Funfacts weiter. Er war sehr enthusiastisch. Ein magisches Erlebnis und auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Alessandra our tour guide was exceptional. She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Our rating should be 5 stars because of Alessandra but the company drags the rating down. We missed the tour the day before and they greedily and stubbornly refuse to credit us and left us no choice but to pay twice for th same tour the next day. Alessandra really gave us a great tour but beware this company is not customer friendly.

Poor customer service. The service provider to the cinque terre left us without waiting. We paid a few hundred of euros and they did not even want to refund us. No calls no refund from them.
