It was a great experience.I have a a small complain also.In the part of the Egyptian chapter everything was in French.It have to be at lease at English for us who can’t understand French

Great overview of Tuscany.

This was a great overview of Tuscany. Viviana was an efficient, knowledgeable, and caring guide. Be aware, you need to be in fairly good shape to walk up and down the steep streets.

Wow! What a great experience! Martha from City Wonders was incredibly knowledgeable! We hit all the right exhibits and had time to explore additional exhibits after the tour was over! The Louvre lived up to to the hype as one of the worlds top museums!

Doe het niet, koop elders goekopere tickets

De tour begon 2 uren later dan was afgesproken hierdoor hebben we 's middags dingen overgeslagen, erg jammer! Ik vind het bedrag voor de rondleiding en tickets buitensporig duur! We begonnen later en moesten ook overal voor wachten. Op de voorrang die we geboekt en betaald hebben is niets van uitgekomen. Koop gewoon de volgende keer de goedkoopste groepticket die je kan vinden, duurdere tickets geven alleen maar meer ellende. Als je geen ticket vooraf hebt, sta je gemiddeld 3 uren in de rij te wachten alvorens je naar binnen kan. P.S. de Mona Lisa is net als onze nachtwacht niet goed te zien omdat er mensen voorstaan, honderden.

Avoid at all costs!

The issue is there is zero flexibility with Viator booking model which amounts to a scam. There is no grace time, so even 3 mins late (which is what happened to us) and you are out of $300. Yes, We arrived late by 3 mins!!!! However, we were combated by god awful torrential wind and rain on the day of the tour. We were literally 3 mins late and the guide had left and was no where in sight. When I called customer service they told us there is nothing they can do and the best they can offer for an additional 22 euros per person is another tour 4 days later, which wouldn't work because we were leaving before that. 3 mins late for 300 euros is a predatory. No refund. Not even $1. They happily took the money. We begged for an opportunity to meet the guide inside since 3 mins couldn't have been that significant in time unless they were flying. The answer was NO! Warning: Unless you are guaranteed to be perfect. No mishaps, no issues, then feel free to book. However, if you are human, and there is a sliver of a chance something could happen that may cause you to be 3 mins late, avoid at all costs. Viator will not refund you even $5 of what you paid. All I can say is no one is perfect. Life happens. Accidents happen. Viator is predator waiting for humans to be what humans are: imperfect.

Worth it to see the scenery but set your expectations

Gorgeous scenery, but know that very little is open in Cinque Terre due to the time of year. Pisa stop was so short we could barely eat a bowl of ice cream. Tour guide Elizabet was kind of rude and had no concern if you were falling behind when walking. Never even turned around to check on the group. Not engaging.

Tower toyr

David was very informative and entertaining during our short tour prior to entering the Tower. I would recommend this tour and guide.

Wonderful tour

Tour was excellent. Able to see the beautiful coastal scenery and also sample some great food. Long day but well worth it! Pisa was gorgeous and amazing to see in person. Elisabeth our tour guide was very nice. Our driver Roberto gave a smooth ride.

First Timer PERFECT

PERFECT Tour for what I was looking for as 1st time visitor. Remember to tip your docent. FANTASTIC skipping the line, that would have dampened my enthusiasm. I am an in shape 70 year old. Some my age found it a bit fast pace. Most will find it perfect with some stops to rest. I feel terrible I can not recall the name of our seasoned women tour guide (Sat Nov 15). Possibly Florence but I picked up the name viewing other reviews hoping to recognize. From the history of the building to main works, it was about as much as many of us can absorb. Even paintings I've studied, still a thrill. I large galleries you can roam a bit but be considerate and don't loose your group. LOVED IT!!!

David was great and had lots of information and facts! Wonderful tour and a wonderful tour guide! The Tower of London is a must see and this tour is a fantastic way to see it!

Excellent work from our...

Excellent work from our experienced guide who chose the best places to view. We saw the King passing in a car and then the Queen left Clarence House in a car. Our guide gave lots of interesting information.

I had an amazing time, the boat was lovely to start and not very rocky. The driver also got us to the islands quicker than predicted. Murano was lovely and we had a quiet wander around the island after the glass blowing demonstration which was amazing and very very informative. Burano was stunning and we had a quick visit to the lace museum as the demonstration sadly wasn’t available. The whole island is gorgeous and incredibly safe with some very sweet cafes. The staff in a family owned restaurant were also lovely. The commentary during the boat rides between islands was so interesting and I had such a lovely time. Our tour guide was amazing and very kind. I would recommend this to anybody.
