Best Italian tour guide
We had a wonderful tour with Sylvia. She was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She had some fun facts and ‘not so fun facts’ which she enjoyed sharing. Her restaurant reviews at the end were a welcome surprise! Grazi!

Wonderful tour of the Louvre masterpieces. Our guide Martha was very knowledgeable and gracious. The only way to see the Louvre.

It was okay, but would not recommend the tour guide
The touring company was easily reachable when I needed to tell them that I was a little late and they waited for our family, which is a great plus and really appreciated that. The tour guide though had a very thick russian accent and english being my second language, I could not understand anything she was saying (even my american husband told me he couldn’t understand anything and ended up unplugging the headphones and reading for himself) she only talked to that one older couple and never even made eye contact with my children who were really interested but she never said a word to them. I was really dissapointed, although greatful to have someone bring me to the most important art pieces and she made sure we were not getting lost although she was rude when we were a little far behind trying to get our yougest in or out of the stroller and talking to us like we were not even trying to follow, I wonder if she has kids because she was defenitely clueless with the realities of families.

Overall very interesting
The guide was very knowledgeable and interesting but some commentary (eg the theft of the Mona Lisa and subsequent story) was unnecessarily detailed.

Was a fun and great way to get a little bit of the history of the place. Got to get in a little early, get a bit of background/history and beat the lines to see the Crown Jewels.

Terrible tour guide - left people behind
Our experience with this tour and working with Viator and City Wonders was the worst we’ve ever experienced. In short, save your money. The tour guide was unclear on his directions on meeting time after the 1st location. We began the tour at the Capuchin Crypts. He told us to enjoy the audio tour. It was 22 numbers. He, AT NO POINT, told us that the audio tour could not be listened to in full. So, the bus to the 2nd location left without 4 of their original tour goers! This was a relatively small museum, and we kept pace with the rest of the group, so there was NO reason, why they left without us. When I contacted Viator they said: * Audio Tour Guidance: Our guides strive to provide clear instructions regarding the timing and expectations of the tour. <<

Very good tour of exteriors of famous buildings in small historically important area of London
The tour leader was very knowledgeable and was always ready to talk about topics that members of the group expressed interest in. I only wish there was more information given on Churchill himself.

Gustavo was a great guide! We spent about 3 hours together and we learned so many things and took the best Instagram pictures. It was like walking with a friend! Highly recommend

Coliseum Tour with Sylvia
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Silvia on December 12. She was friendly and enthusiastic for the entire tour. We learned so much as she expertly navigated the sites and tourists. We highly recommend this tour and tour guide!
