Use another tour because if you are unwell, you can’t reschedule.
I had an illness the morning of the tour and was unable to attend. There was no flexibility for rescheduling and I lost $80 because I was sick. While I realize that viator needs to keep the tours filled, there should be some flexibility to reschedule. I won’t be using viator again.

Christian the guide excellent. Astonishing place. Interesting family fun. Teenagers loved it
Christian, our guide, was so knowledgeable, amusing and helped enormously negotiating when the door to the basillica was unexpectedly closed. So informative and keen to answer questions with lots of amusing asides. Great guide and totally recommend this tour. Would have missed so much if had not gone with a guide so hugely enhanced the experience. So much to see and amazing place - descriptions do not do it justice The early start was worth it and the breakfast tour aspect great as meant missed most of the crowds and the food was surprisingly good. Recommend the pancakes and scrambled eggs!

Sabina was our guide and...
Sabina was our guide and really made the tour fun despite the macabre content we were there to see. We took our daughter (9) and she loved it. Great tour for the money as you get to see three major sites in Rome with private buses to shuttle you to each spot. Highly recommend if you are on the fence.

Silvia is Excellent
Silvia was an excellent guide and is very passionate about sharing her knowledge about the history of Rome. Anyone is very lucky to get placed in her group for the tour as she is warm, welcoming, and experienced in engaging with the group and making it a wonderful experience. 10/10 stars!

Well worth having a guide. Summer was very knowledgeable, I would have wasted my time being there if she was not there to explain what I was seeing.

Amazing organization and great information given, takes your mind of the walking and makes you appreciate the glory!
Our guide was so attentive to us, descriptive, gave us free time, made sure we had what we needed and funny too. Loved every second!!! Would not want to do that monument alone!!!

Without a guided tour
We did not see the royal chapel and the coronation hall. It is much better to visit the castle without a guided tour. With the tour, you do not get to see any additional rooms, and you can explore the spaces at your own pace. Additionally, there are audio guides available in 13 languages downstairs.

Silvia was such an...
Silvia was such an amazing guide. From the moment we met her she made you feel welcomed and comfortable. She is very passionate and knowledgeable about what she is sharing. Sylvia made sure she got you involved in the experience with her sense of humour and love for archaeology. We started of at the Colosseum and explored both the top and bottom of this amazing landmark. We then walked up to Palatine hill, exploring the ruins and learning about the history and finished of at the Roman forum where we were able to explore further once we finished our tour. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic tour of the Louvre. Our tour guide, Severina, was amazing. She was super friendly, spoke excellent English, and was genuinely concerned about our welfare. She was very knowledgable, and breathed life into every piece of art she showed us. Highly recommended.

Excellent Experience!
We had a lovely tour guide, Carolina. She was very knowledgeable with a good sense of humor. She narrated lots of fascinating historical events and explained how the artists of each periods inspired and collaborated with each other. She explained the difference between art prospectives of the different periods. It was a fast paced tour. So much to absorb and so overwhelming but truly a wonderful experience. Carolina was kind and helpful to my cousin that had trouble walking. I recommend this tour guide and be at the meeting point early. Merci beaucoup!

Easy to schedule, good directions on where to meet, our guide Mike was very knowledgeable and funny! We learned a lot while also walking and enjoying all the beautiful sites of London!

Great Guide, Great Tour
Fabio was amazing, he had so much energy and it was obvious that he loves doing this. Just being at the colosseum was amazing, having Fabio as our guide was just icing on the cake. Would recommend this to everyone!
