Greeting and very clear instructions from our guide. Easy and fast transfer to Studio. The whole experience is exceptional. The tour takes about 6 hours to take a good look at everything in the Warner Bros Studios. Staff there are very friendly, knowledgeable and bubbly.

My partner and I were 50/50 to do this trip due to the long day ahead. As we woke up we were worried we had made a mistake. But it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. The meeting point was clear and easy to find. The coach was clean, modern and driven by an excellent driver. The tour guide at Pompeii was informative, clever and made the tour fun as well. Each individual stop felt valued and never too rushed. And our main guide for the day was absolutely lovely. She genuinely had the time for each individual customer and was so helpful. She is a real credit. The amalfi coast was also stunning. In total I would recommend this day to anyone! It was a great experience to see outside of Rome and into Italy and made our holiday!

It took an hour from meeting to seeing first piece in the museum. This could be improved as it is a long afternoon. Guide (Omar) was excellent and very well informed.
