The tourist guide is awesome on creating a very interesting and happy mood for the group although it is very crowded

Amazing time at colosseum, Forum and Palantine hill

We have booked our Arena tour with Show me Italy agency just a few days prior the actual day of the visit. It was a big group of tourists and included audio devices with live guide. The sound was good and even when we wondered off for photo taking we could still hear our guide Maria very well. A few words about Maria. We loved her! Excellent entertaining mix with vast knowledge of history kept all group paying attention throughout the whole time. Despite talking about historical places as well as leading us from one point to another, Maria managed to answer to all of my curious son’s questions with patience and enthusiasm. Her personal touch made our first visit to Colosseum truly special . We are very grateful to Maria and Show me Italy agency for that special December day because it made us want to go back to Rome and keep exploring!

Good way to cover both attractions in a day.

This is a good way to cover both attractions in a day. Our opinion was both these attractions did not merit spending more than a day trip. The hike in Manarola was noteworthy but felt a little more time was needed for photos. We had free time to ourselves at the other village and at Pisa which we enjoyed very much.

Tour makes the Louvre achievable!

Amazing experience at the Louvre. The tour with skip the line saved us waiting for at least an hour, maybe more. Louvre is overwhelming- there is SO MUCH!! The guide did a great job with her animated stories to hit the highlights and help us have a wonderful experience

Extremely engaging tour with Natalie

We were on the tour with Natalie. She was extremely knowledgeable, specifically with the art forms. The tour helped us skip the line to the Louvre and also provided lockers to hang our jackets. The tour in itself was extremely engaging with details on history, forms of art, the artists and covered the major highlights of Louvre. Natalie also helped us navigate across Mona Lisa very well. Her continuous commentary helped put meaning behind each art displayed at the museum

Swiss Alps and St. Moritz from Milan with Bernina Red Train Experience - Stunning Sights, But Disappointing Excursion

The sights on the Alps are truly amazing, and the train ride is spectacular. I would definitely do it again! However, the excursion with City Wonders was a huge disappointment. I was expecting much more. I chose this excursion as a Christmas gift for my parents, who are older but don’t have mobility issues, and I thought it would be the best option to help them avoid getting tired and to ensure everything was taken care of. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The guide walked far too quickly, and my parents couldn’t keep up. Even after I asked the guide to slow down, nothing changed. When we arrived in St. Moritz, it was snowing and a bit slippery, but still, the pace didn’t slow. There wasn’t enough time to really enjoy St. Moritz, and to make things worse, the train ride only went from St. Moritz to one stop before Tirano, after which we had to take a bus to get to Tirano. We also had issues with seating on the train. City Wonders is only allowed in one specific wagon, so when we boarded, we unknowingly went to an empty wagon. The guide was rude and told us we had to move to the crowded wagon reserved for City Wonders guests. After some complaining, he finally allowed us to stay in the empty wagon, but without my complaint, we would have been forced to sit in a crowded wagon despite the train being nearly empty. The train is never full, so a lot of other wagons remained empty. If I were to do it again, I’d skip the excursion and go on my own. You could spend more time in Tirano—maybe even stay for a night—and take the train both ways. This option would be around the same price, and you’d have far more freedom to enjoy the trip at your own pace. I wouldn’t recommend this excursion.

Addie was such a great tour guide. She was very knowledgeable about the art and made sure we saw all of the most iconic and famous pieces. I enjoyed my short time at the louvre and know I need to come back again to spend more time there. Thank you Addie!

Our tour guide Florence was wonderful! It was very busy during the holiday break but she did an amazing job to keep our group together and get to all the key places before the crowds.

Boring tour guide. Poor quality audio. Impossible to hear.

We took this tour on Dec 26. There were 24 ppl in this tour group. The guide was very soft spoken and boring. Everyone got a wireless headphone so we can hear her commentary. Unfortunately she spoke quietly and monotonously and it was impossible to hear. We quit following her after 40 min. It's a shame as we were really looking forward to this tour.

I loved this tour!

You can’t. Is it Rome and not see The Borghese Museum. The Bernini sculptures were extraordinary and our guide Lisa was very knowledgeable, making it all the more enjoyable! Make sure to walk the gardens afterwards.

The Louvre is just MASSIVE and doing it on your own may seem like something that is feasible, but think again. I'm pretty sure I would have gotten completely lost on my own, so having this guided tour was so well worth it! Carolina, (our tour guide) was absolutely AMAZING and provided so much "color" for some of the most famous pieces in the museum and really provided details and history that really made the Louvre experience a more special one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
