It was alright. We only spent about 1.5 hours in Sorrento, including getting back to the coach, so not much time to explore. Our Pompeii guide was good but we didn’t see as much as we expected. It was a small tour and the free time was spent outside with only the option to grab a drink rather than explore.we felt as if we were on the coach all day and rushed when exploring.

It was well organised from start to finish. a lovely trip down the beautiful Loire valley to Cambord, Boily & Chenonceau. The bus was clean & comfortable & drivers excellent. Emma, the tour guide was superb. extremely well informed on the historical background of the region, the histories of the chateaux and their owners over the centuries. She is passionate about history and tells it with historical accuracy and recounts the ''gossips" related to the various kings, queens, mistresses with humour! I highly recommend City Wonders tour and definately book Emma as your guide.

This was bullshit.. there was a weather warning issued 24 hours in advance which they did not inform us of in advance. They instead made us go more than halfway there and then said now it is not safe to go there and they can return half our money. I’m begging you, please save yourself time and sanity.. money is not even a consideration at this point for us, a family of 4 with 2 little children.
