The trip was good, so was Dani and the driver Marco but I felt this trip is not suited for family with kids. Trip starts quite early and no food allowed in the bus. Throughout got the feeling we were running against time. No toilets in the bus.

Really enjoyed the day however were not able to get tickets to enter the cathedral as we arrived in Pisa too late.

Skip the line was fabulous given there were many hundreds of people with tickets queuing to get in. Highlights of the Louvre was great because the Louvre is so big. Up to the guide then in function of her personal preferences to some degree as well as the ever-changing situation inside the different parts of the museum to adapt the your. The room with the 24 Rubens paintings describing Maria de Medici (wife and widow of King Henry IV)'s life was a favorite of our guide and indeed an absolute highlight of the tour, in large part thanks to her passionate and detailed commentary.

Unfortunately this was the worst trip of its kind I’ve been on. We were consistently advised to go to sleep by our “guides” and in 8 - 9 hours of driving we only received about 20 minutes worth of information about the region and its history. We were guided from the bus park to the entrance of the abbey and were quite literally on our own from there. We even had to make our own way back to the bus. Honestly it was quite a strange experience. Absolutely not worth the money and I’d hesitate to book anything with this company again. Some useful tourist information was offered as we re-entered Paris, but I came away from the trip with the same level of knowledge as I had getting on the bus. Mont Saint Michel is absolutely stunning and is definitely worth the visit, but I’d suggest trying another tour company. €150 to nap on a bus all day isn’t exactly value for money.

Barbara was an excellent guide, she was very knowledgeable and engaging. The food was also really great, with fresh ingredients.
