Tour was good but a little rushed at times. Friendly guides but Willie joked too much at Pompeii so didn’t know what was fact or his joke. Rather be told facts not jokes of the place.

Ah! WHAT a wonderful tour. Our tour guide was actually originally from Egypt so we asked LOADS of questions about these sights, and about his home country- and he was so happy to oblige and chat away with us! 10/10 for this tour!

Great Use of a Day Trip from Paris

Very well-organized trip that includes several stops and a nice lunch. They give you just enough time at each location to experience the site but not linger. I’d recommend bringing something to do on the long bus ride each way. Raymond and Thelma were excellent guides.

Book with a different group

They misplaced our reservation, said we were not scheduled for the correct evening even though it was displayed on our Viator app and confirmation email, and refused a refund after the fact. So did Viator, who defers to the vendor (again, ignoring my reservation on Viator’s own app). I had to get my credit card to reverse charges. I don’t recommend this organization or Viator (which is a weak and irresponsible middle man).

Louvre Guide lost the group

The guide was flustered and disorganized and did not know how to manage the group. Once we got into the museum she took us the wrong direction several times and seemed very confused. Then she started walking so fast that she lost half the group (including us) because she was in a rush and the museum was crowded. The group that was left behind waited for her to come back for 20 minutes but she never did so all of us dispersed and never got the tour. It was frustrating and disappointing.

There was not time to allow us to view the Mona Lisa. It would have been better to go there first to avoid the crunch. We were waiting and the guide told us to leave the line to see Mona Lisa. She left us

Well, we booked this tour because my son wanted to see the beaches of Normandy and the American Cemetery. Choices were limited as it was close to the holiday. We found the meeting spot with no issues, but if they would mention it is next to a Hyatt I think people would find it easier. I am 5’ 7” and thin and was so squished and cramped, I cannot imagine how my 6’ 4” son felt! There was a toilet on the bus, but the lights didn’t work, you couldn’t flush, no water, no TP or paper towels and the toilet lid was just lying on the floor and you had to stand on it, weird, so bring a flashlight, tissues and hand sanitizer if you’re stuck in this bus. With all that mess we couldn’t have a drink on the bus? The guides were knowledgeable. Every stop was rushed, and the American Cemetery was last and very rushed, and that’s what we wanted to see most, you couldn’t see but one or two things quickly and that was it because it was a long walk to and from the bus. 45 minutes total and by the time you walk over to the overlook of Omaha beach, you could take a few rushed photos of the cemetery on the way back….. Lunch was fine, would have preferred a box lunch to eat on the bus and the cider tasting was a waste of time, drop that mess and spend more time at the cemetery: I saw one person actually board the bus with some purchased cider so is it really worth the bother? That little bit of commission for the guide wasn’t worth the stop. Anyway, overall I’m glad we went but feel more time should have been allotted to the American Cemetery as that is the highlight! And please fix that bus toilet!

Wonderful experience at...

Wonderful experience at the Louvre with our tour guide who was extremely knowledgeable and wonderful with my young sons. Kept them engaged the entire time. Highly recommend
