Fantastic guided tour of the Louvre
Martha was an exceptional guide - so knowledgeable and passionate about the Louvre and its artworks. We particularly liked learning about the history of the Louvre itself.

Unbelievable Experience!
Our tour guide Maria had an amazing amount of history to share with us and I loved the small group experience! There is some walking and Maria was very kind with offering my mother the opportunity to rest on a bench. Truly unbelievable how long these structures/monuments have been standing!

Colosseum Tour in Rome
This was the highlight of our trip to Rome and Paris. Our guide Valentina was great. My kids loved the tour as well. We were all blown away by the surrounding beauty of Rome and Roman Forum.

Highlights at the Louvre
Anna from Ukraine was energetic, knowledgable, and moved group through museum with expertise. If never been to Paris, it is best to arrive at least 15 minutes earlier there are many tour groups despite the clear and detailed descriptions given by Viator/CityWonders tour details. Be prepared for a lot of walking with stairs and audio earpiece is a must!

O tour em si é bom, a visita aos pontos importantes relacionados com o Dia D, um pouco corrido, mas justificável por ser tudo num só dia. A visita a fabrica de Cidra foi a unica parte que não vale e pena, é uma perda de tempo. Os guias são bons, mas só contam as histórias dentro do ônibus, nos locais eles não falam nada.. Ponto ruim: o calor dentro do onibus, quando liga o aquecimento fica extremamente desconfortável, eles sabem que todos estão com roupas pesadas e deveriam deixar a temperatura mais amena; mas fica um forno! No geral vale muito a pena

Nothing special
There was nothing additionally special about the tour, you could do the booking by yourself with WB. The guide was just there to take us in train to WB and tell us how to come back. When we gathered at the Euston station, it was not easy to find the guide, and also, it was very noisy and she was making no efforts whatsoever to speak in such a way that we could lister to her properly. This continued for every gathering, and it was very difficult to hear her at the station, or at WB. Oce you reach WB, you are taken over by the local WB guides, who do the actual tour, so this agency is just about reaching there. I would recommend to book the trip by yourself with WB directly.

I did with my family the Eiffel Tower tour, we paid a lot of money compared to the price of the ticket, we decided to pay it because doing a tour gives you the security that in the face of any unforeseen event, there is a person who can support you since he knows the language and how the people there handle it, it turns out that when they give me the ticket, it falls into a hole and we couldn’t recover it, the tourist guide told us that he couldn’t solve it and he left, he left us alone at the entrance without even trying to solve the situation, we didn’t know where to go or who to complain, as we could, with the language impediments, we explained in the entrance what had happened to us and they understood and gave us a new ticket and we could pass. We decided not to continue with the tour because the man ignored us from there on and every time we passed nearby he said "there are the Argentines" and mocked and everyone laughed. I don't recommend the experience.

Our tour guide Sonia and the bus driver were both excellent! The experience is one I highly recommend if you come to Italy! I will definitely be doing this tour again!

Het was prima, echter bestond het uit niet meer dan een gids, die heel leuk kon vertellen over de geschiedenis van de Eiffeltoren en namens de groep collectief de toegangskaarten haalden. De entreekosten voor 1 volwassene en 1 kind is minder dan €20 totaal, terwijl incl. gids het bedrag 2.5x meer is tegen marginale meerwaarde.
