The tour was supposed to be 2.5 hours long but was only 2 hours and didn’t include the garden tour. I’m not sure why as the guide never said.

When we were spending free time at each tourist spot, the tour guide did not clearly communicate the meeting time and location, which made us feel uneasy. There were more than 40 participants, and the guide's voice could not be heard, so the meeting place and time should have been clearly communicated on the bus, rather than at the tourist spot. Also, although the event was originally scheduled to end at 7 p.m., it ended up being delayed by about two hours. If the event was going to be delayed, that should have been communicated earlier. Each tourist spot was wonderful, but we often had doubts about the tour guide's management, and we were not able to enjoy it fully.

Not accommodating or helpful when bad weather arriving a few minutes late they had no communication with the tour guides and could not help us whatsoever. All they said was “as per terms and conditions”. You’d think with bad weather as tourists to a foreign city they’d be gracious and helpful when someone is a few minutes late but they wouldn’t even tell us where the tour guide goes or enters so we couldn’t meet them. Lost all our money and no experience of the museum. Will never book with them again as I have been on tours before where they go above and beyond and are incredibly helpful and communicative. They also don’t give you a voucher to enter the museum as it’s a “tour” with them, so we couldn’t even get general admission even though we paid triple the price for a guided tour. Joke.
