Great trip to the Vatican and sistine Chapel!
We had a guided tour with Laura (not sure how to pronounce her name) she was fantastic from the start. We were given headphones so we could hear her clearly. She spoke very good English. We followed her flag through the line to the entrance. Laura was brilliant she was very knowledgeable and friendly and made us all laugh at points. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience well done! X

Expensive Tourist trap! Avoid this company
Terrible. Waited outside in the rain for an hour, and the Basilica was closed last minute. Not even a partial refund. A painful and regrettable $650. I’m literally speechless we can’t get a partial refund. Buyer BEWARE!!!

Guided Tour of Le Louvre — Highly Recommend!
The louvre was unseasonably crowded BUT our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the inner workings of the museum. We were able to see plenty of items and get very close to the Mona Lisa! Anaïs was an amazing tour guide and an absolute pleasure!

Great Family Tour
Our family had a wonderful tour of St Marks Cathedral and Doges Palace. The guide was very knowledgeable and informative of the history of Venice, the Cathedral and Doges Palace. We crossed over the bridge of Sighs and saw some of the prison cells once used. The architecture, history, and beautiful artworks are jaw dropping. A must see for first time in Venice.

Most Awesome experience
It was beyond our expectation, the tour guide was very nice and explained everything very passionately. The Roman Forum was a place far more advanced 2000 years ago than what we have in cities today. It showcases the real Roman Empire and its influence on this world.

Book the tickets before you panning to go
The history is amazing, outside is disaster not because the building but the tourist if you want to go inside better booking the ticket online otherwise you cannot go in because of the schedule or not enough time,, the restaurant near there not much options you have to walk more further to eat something

Great tour to get a short version of Louvre highlights
The guide was very friendly and gave us a lot of information about some of the most famous pieces in the Louvre. Definitely recommend getting the group tour as you also skip the main line and save a lot of time.

The good and the bad
Great tour and experience. The guides Dan and Ash were super friendly and knowledgable. The drivers were great as well. When I booked this months ago I put a note on booking stating I have celiac disease and my son is vegan and that my husband can eat anything. This was a 14 hour tour and we didn’t eat all day. Lunch was provided and nothing vegan or gluten free was offered. I feel if you are offering a lunch then dietary restrictions need to be taken into account. We paid the same as everyone else that were given lunch, but we were given nothing. Terrible business model. Yes, two small gas stations were stopped at and neither offered gluten free or vegan. I would recommend this tour only if you have no special dietary needs.

Pisa & Cinque Terre with Tour Guide with Lorenzo
This tour was awesome! Lorenzo and our bus driver were friendly and Lorenzo is an excellent tour guide, ready with a hand-out map of our route and his as well as emergency phone numbers. Lorenzo was very thoughtful and accommodated me when I had some difficulty walking that day. He thanked the group for being punctual when returning to our agreed-upon times after spending time exploring our locations and he shared little bit of himself and even a poem he liked. He just made us feel very special that day!

I wanted to express our dissatisfaction with your company regarding this booking. We were so looking forward to this tour as we have had great experiences with your company previously. Unfortunately, we made a mistake that I am sure has been made before, and arrived at the wrong location for the tour. We started contacting your company 25 minutes before the tour was to begin and received no help. In fact, when we were on the phone with your customer support, and were explaining where we were, they had no idea how to tell us where we were supposed to be. Had they given us the information we easily would have made our tour on time. We at least requested our tickets to the Louvre which were sent; however, they were not the ones that would allow entry. All of this was us being on the phone with your company on and off for over an hour. Not only did we lose the money on our tour, but we had to purchase additional tickets. I asked for a refund since your company could not provide us the correct information to get to our tour, but of course, that was an immediate no. We will no longer be using your company for any of our travels, and share this information with anyone we know traveling. As business owners, we were shocked at the lack of knowledge when we needed help, and then were immediately told no for the refund. We completely understand your policies, and although you may see this as our fault for this honest mistake, you did have an opportunity to steer us in the right direction to make our tour on time, but were not able to.

Superb tour guide
Our tour guide was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and took time to connect with each person in the group. We were able to go in the group entrance which was much faster and had shorter lines. We saw a lot of the most famous works of art in the museum in the 3 hour tour. We also learned a lot about the history of France and the Louvre. My only complaint is the guide was saddled with a larger group than I expected. There were 25 in our group. If you’ve never been to the Louvre, it is very crowded and it is difficult to keep everyone together. Our guide somehow managed it but I think the groups need to be under 20 people.

Great Family Tour

Great but sometimes dark history of ancient Rome
There is so much to see on this tour it is money well spent. You see so much in 3hrs and learn quite a bit along the way. Maria was our guide (I believe this is her name, she stated she studied archaeology) and she was really knowledgeable. She did a wonderful job explaining the history of the Colosseum and surrounding areas include the Forum and Palatine Hill. It was a terrific way be exposed to the history of the area.

Wasn’t able to go on tour but they called to check on us and I appreciate that greatly!
I had confirmed our tour the night before but then we went out and I re-broke my knee in Rome (after breaking it 9 months ago in Dublin lol) I didn’t think to contact the tour company to then cancel. But the morning of the tour, they were kind enough to call to see if we were on our way. We were so bummed to not see the sites on our last day there but were very thankful for the tour company calling. Had we been running late, etc. I would’ve appreciated the call then too. So thank you to the tour operators for their follow through. Wish we could’ve gone.

Way better than the Hollywood version!
Our tour guide, Emanuela, was the perfect blend of party host and history professor. Smart and charming, she was genuinely interested to learn who we were, where we were from, and other details about us that made us feel appreciated and welcome, while simultaneously teaching us the amazing history of the Roman Colosseum, the Forum and Platine Hill, including lots of fascinating details! Instead of watching somebody else’s fictional version of history on a flat movie screen, we were right in the middle of where all it happened, and it was so easy to imagine it for ourselves as Emanuela walked us through it, telling us story after story in fluent English with a lovely Roman accent. She was able to answer our group’s dozens of questions from her seemingly endless knowledge of ancient Roman history and culture. Emanuela’s positive energy, personal warmth and expert knowledge made the tour itself an experience to remember, but in addition she left us with great restaurant recommendations, and advised us to tour St. Clement’s Basilica - a hidden gem that we would never have found but for her kind advice. It’s an easy one to overlook, but thanks to Emanuela we now have that unique memory of our Italy trip, too!

The tour was interesting. The tour guide, Marikah, is amazing, she is very knowledgeable and attentive. And from all the tour guides in Italy that I had experience with, her English so far is the best: good and clear.
