Wonderful tour! The meeting point was easy to find, the tour was well organized and Natalie was a great guide! She gave just the right amount of information, and then let us explore on our own. Two things- backpacks are allowed inside the Tower. We didn’t bring one because the listing specifically said not to, but others brought them and it was not a big deal at all. The other thing to consider is- there is a LOT of walking. Very doable and still extremely enjoyable, but be aware for young travelers or those with mobility issues.

Montserrat ist wirklich ein super Guide. Sie war unglaublich kompetent, konnte vieles über den Park, Guëll und Gaudi erzählen, das mir ohne Führung verborgen geblieben wäre. Sie hat sich auch sehr bemüht, auf die Gruppe einzugehen. Bei ihr hat man sofort das Gefühl, dass sie das was sie macht, mit Leidenschaft macht und es ihr viel Spaß macht. Die Tour würde ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

For starters there was pouring rain and the guide did not suggest to move away from it, instead we stood under the water for more than 15 min waiting for other people. That made us board the bus soaking wet, which made the ride very uncomfortable. The first stop was horrible for eating and coffee. The guide in Pompeii did not speak English well and no history whatsoever, he just focus on the materials of the lava, the buildings etc. having to eat lunch in the bus is absolutely unacceptable and we were promised to see how limoncello is made but we just stopped at a shop to buy it. The place didn’t show us anything and it wasn’t a tasting either.
