Good day trip in general....
Good day trip in general. Enjoyed Montepulciano and the guide was excellent - Klauss from Germany! Could have had some Italian music on the bus. Stop at Pienza not so exciting especially after the food. Nothing to do there at that time - perhaps it would have been good to leave the food for last. Saw a market there as well but we didn't visit it. Could upgrade it by walking through vineyards. In addition, the first stop where we had coffee (and the last stop before returning to Rome) - when groups of visitors are expected, they should have more things to sell at the coffee shop (products were only 2 per item e.g. no cornetti). Kudos to the idea of tasting their products as a promo to sell - this works out well. Another thing is to inform your customers of where to get coffee at 07.00 in the morning (shops near Piazza del Popolo) :-)

Good to see and do.
Good trip,guide Enrica very old and wise,having travelled the world.Tour is 12 hours long and there can be a point of information overload. Wine tour was very nice,food ok. This tour could be a few hours shorter

Excellent Experience
The tour was just the right length for a walking tour. The headsets were absolutely necessary for hearing our guide in the crowded atmosphere. I appreciated that our guide Sarah was British so that her English was very clear. She hit all the most important sights and gave excellent information. She also was kind and approachable if we had questions. We give the the tour five stars

Vatican tour
Excellent tour and our guide, Ambra, was superb! Couldn't recommend this tour enough. Great communication when I asked a question before the tour, and they answered it within a couple of hours.

Barely good enough
You do skip the lines, but our tour company, City Wonders, was the only company that did not walk us through the lines. They gave fast instructions on what to do and left us by ourselves. They said they were short handed and couldn't help us any more. That's not our fault, so I don't think we should be paying the same price. It's not hard to figure out, but the other companies' guides took them to the lines and made sure they got through without any guessing. Also, we bought 4 tickets, but only one person was able to connect to the audio guides. Not good

Lovely tour guide, Louvre great but exhausting
The tour started on time, the guide Yen was very nice, explaining everything, she kept us informed of everything. She gave us enough time in every room to take pictures of paintings and artifacts. Not her fault but it was exhausting, people were dropping off early, once everyone saw Monalisa. Generally I recommend to go with City Wonders, I've been on tours with them to Rome too and they are very organized.

Busy and requires good physical condition. Good caring guide helped a lot with this effort. Yeah Otherwise very nice trip.

Excellent tour! Emma our guide so knowledgeable and presented information in such an interesting way! Castles and Loire Valley just beautiful! Really fun day. Met such nice fellow visitors. Wine tasting was great!

Lovely day trip i the Loire valley and it's castles
Chanbord and Chenonceau castles really traveled us in time. Daniel and Emma where enthusiastic and more then qelcome to provide a ton of information about the castles, the actors involved but also about Paris.

It’s a long day!
This was a long tour with not a lot of umph to it. The guides were great and friendly but I feel like I would have preferred to rent a car and explore the region on my own. A lot of history lessons and less wine/food tasting. Wine tasting was ok but it seemed rushed and felt transactional. The wine they served for tasking was $100 per bottle and it all seemed very forced. I thought this was a small group tour of 12 but ended up 60 people on a tour bus. Not my thing.

An absolutely must do tour.
Simone was an absolutely fantastic guide. His enthusiasm, knowledge and energy were fantastic. The three hours went quickly and to see these amazing places which combined amazing history and beauty was the highlight of our stay in beautiful Milan.

Good tour, informative and interesting
Our guide seemed to think the tour started later than originally communicated , so we had to wait in the rain, but once it got underway it was most informative. The catacombs are very interesting and something you wouldn't normally think of doing in Rome so were a welcome change!

Castles!
We loved this tour! Daniel and Emma were wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. The tour ran seamlessly and was very well organized. The meeting spot was well described and easy to find. The bus was comfortable and our driver was careful and safe. We entered the castles easily. The wine tasting was also very nice. The time spent at each castle and at lunch was just the right amount. Both Daniel and Emma communicated a great deal of very valuable information not only about the castles but about history and knowledge of Paris and France. We would whole-heartedly recommend this tour!

The tour begins at the Vatican Museum and continues through the Sistine Chapel through to St. Peter’s Square. For the Jubilee year we were able to pass though the Holy Door. The group size of 10 was perfect. The audio service provided was very good. We felt well informed throughout the tour.

Our amazing tour guides, Daniel and Emma were knowledgeable, entertaining, and approachable for any questions and comments. The coach bus was comfortable and the ride was easy. Highly recommend this tour!

We had a great time!! The weather was not the best, it was raining and overcast all day but I would still give 5 stars because they made our experience amazing! The only issue was they were adamant that we arrive 20 mins early (7:40am) for check in yet the check in person did not ever show up and our guide had to check us in on the bus but it was not an issue. Just had to wake up earlier than expected, lol. Would recommend to anyone! The timings in each area was great. I did not know that Switzerland shops are mostly closed Sundays so try to avoid going on Sunday but we still had a great time there.

A wonderful introduction to Rome
We enjoyed the tour because David our guide was excellent. He was engaging , had an excellent knowledge of his brief , was patient and definitely taught us the valuable lesson of ' conquering our space '!!Thank you David . This tour is to be highly recommended.

Our driver, Daniele, and...
Our driver, Daniele, and our tour guide, Sonia G., were both fantastic. Daniele expertly guided us through the winding and narrow cliff side roads of the Amalfi coast. Sonia made sure to provide us lots of information throughout the tour and to keep a wandering group together.
