Had a bit of a mix up getting all the people separated into the right tour groups in the beginning. Once that was done, it was a good tour. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and encouraged questions from the group. We enjoyed the tour, would suggest it to others.

Todo excelente ! Me encantó el trato de Sonia fue genial. Siempre pendiente ! Además que no sé inglés ella me ayudó muchísimo para que entendiera todo. El tour me encantó. Fuimos a varios lados y conocí la Costa Amalfitana que es preciosa además de Pompeya. El precio es excelente ! Me salió mucho más barato la excursión que hacerlo por mi cuenta y si lo hacía por mi cuenta desde Roma o era ir a Sorrento o Pompeya…algo imposible de hacer todo. Quiero nuevamente agradecer a Sonia por su trato tan humano. Además que el Tour es para Recomendar. Es muy fácil ! Nos encontramos puntual en la Piazza del Popolo. Todo excelentemente organizado ! Todo fue a horario. Muy bien ! Además que se viaja súper cómodo. Muchísimas gracias por todo !!! Recomiendo este tour que ya me lo habían recomendando en Argentina. Gracias Sonia por todo !!! Saludos desde Buenos Aires !!! 100 por ciento RECOMENDABLES !!! Lo mínimo que puedo hacer es dejar una excelente reseña. GRACIAS me fui muy contenta de este tour !

Nuestro guía solo indicó una fila y se Fue, con tanta gente y lluvia muchos nos desorientábamos y la gente se metía con muy poco control y sin alguien a quien preguntar. Hicimos cola por 20 minutos bajo la lluvia, supongo que igual fue conveniente por la cantidad, pero para tenerlo en cuenta. La audio guía es muy muy limitada en contenido y tiene solo algunas salas, es mejor buscar alguna gratuita en internet

Pompeii, Amalfi Coast and Positano Day Trip from Rome

Beautiful trip! Great way to get a glimpse of the Amalfi Coast and to see the historic Pompeii. Silvia and Daniella were incredible guides and driver. Absolutely loved the experience. They do make stops for breakfast, wish we would have known because we wouldn’t have eaten before we started the trip. Otherwise perfect!

Our guide (Nazli Askiki) was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. She provided in-depth details and insight to each art work. The tour was worth every minute.

Good tour, informative and interesting

Our guide seemed to think the tour started later than originally communicated , so we had to wait in the rain, but once it got underway it was most informative. The catacombs are very interesting and something you wouldn't normally think of doing in Rome so were a welcome change!

We had a great time!! The weather was not the best, it was raining and overcast all day but I would still give 5 stars because they made our experience amazing! The only issue was they were adamant that we arrive 20 mins early (7:40am) for check in yet the check in person did not ever show up and our guide had to check us in on the bus but it was not an issue. Just had to wake up earlier than expected, lol. Would recommend to anyone! The timings in each area was great. I did not know that Switzerland shops are mostly closed Sundays so try to avoid going on Sunday but we still had a great time there.

Quality tour

Lovely experience with Zoe this morning. She is an enthusiastic guide. As tourists we needed a more specific meeting place supplied by City Tours. People were wandering around not knowing what the actual meeting place was until they saw a city tours flag held by another tour guide and asked for confirmation.

Beautiful, educational, and worth spending the day

Tour and guide Elly were great, but the sound system for the explanations while taking the boat to both islands was very muffled sounding, making it difficult to understand. Would recommend the tour with the caveat that the sound system needs to be upgraded.

Good day trip in general....

Good day trip in general. Enjoyed Montepulciano and the guide was excellent - Klauss from Germany! Could have had some Italian music on the bus. Stop at Pienza not so exciting especially after the food. Nothing to do there at that time - perhaps it would have been good to leave the food for last. Saw a market there as well but we didn't visit it. Could upgrade it by walking through vineyards. In addition, the first stop where we had coffee (and the last stop before returning to Rome) - when groups of visitors are expected, they should have more things to sell at the coffee shop (products were only 2 per item e.g. no cornetti). Kudos to the idea of tasting their products as a promo to sell - this works out well. Another thing is to inform your customers of where to get coffee at 07.00 in the morning (shops near Piazza del Popolo) :-)

LOUVRE Museum with Monalisa experience

Superb experience. When I was planning to visit Paris with my wife and daughter, I had lot of inhibition becuase there is a last moment cancellation of our group tour in India and I thought I have lost the opportunity to visit Paris. I took courage and book all my plan with Viator and they have executed it flawlessly.
