Best Option for Vatican Tour
The skip the line option is worth its weight in gold (even though there's still a line.) There is an enormous amount of information, more than anyone can retain; but it is an amazing experience for anyone interested in history, architecture, religion, or art. Our guide Sylvia was superb; very knowledgeable and personable. And the breakfast was delicious and large. Since the crowds are overwhelming, it helped being in a small group. I highly recommend it. Couldn't imagine negotiating that crowd without a guide.

Wollten eigentlich „alleine“ auf den Turm. Sind dann mit einer Führung zu Fuß auf die zweite Ebene. Die Leitung war toll. Viele Geschichten und Fotos über die Historie. Mag eigentlich keine Touristenführungen aber Ana hat das toll gemacht

before this i didn’t know how interested i would be in the d day history but our tour guides daniel and themla did an amazing job making this day amazing. they really know their stuff! i honestly had a great time!

Borghese Gallery
A must do activity in Rome. The Borghese Gallery has an incredible collection. The Bernini pieces were truly breathtaking.

Fun and worthwhile
If you book through TripAdvisors, read the fine print to determine which tour company they used. There are big crowds and multiple tour groups departing at the same time making it hard to find your group.

Excellent trip
This trip was perfect to find out a bit more about the history and culture of Venice. The Murano glass was good and the demonstration was very good with someone explaining what they were doing/making. I felt the shop was very pricey and I felt there was a salesperson on every corner, which was a little off putting. Burano was the second part of the trip, and this was excellent. The colour and atmosphere on the island was amazing to experience. There was a lace making demo, which was sad as it's a dying art, but was really interesting. Our tour guide, Francesca Gin, was very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about her home city, which came through in her presenting. Overall, I think the whole experience could have done with 30 mins extra in Burano and 30 mins less in Murano, which would have allowed a little more time to get some lunch on the island.

London Walk to Remember
Louise, our guide, was amazing. She walked us to the perfect spot to view the changing of the guards. Louise gave us the history of the royals and made it very entertaining. She was wonderful!!!

Meta fantastica adatta anche ai ragazzi, abbiamo alloggiato a Hammersmith, poche fermate di metro dal centro, molto comodo. Ci sono molti musei gratuiti, consigliamo visita all'abbazia di Westminster, Towerbridge e museo delle cere, anche se sono tutti a pagamento. Da non perdere il museo di storia naturale con i ragazzi!

Not worth the price
The tour with the Viator guide was only 30 minutes. We then had a tour with the Beef Eater and he was amazing. The rest of the tour, we did on our own. Not sure if it was worth the money we paid. The Beef Eater Tours are free but have large groups of people.

Never again
Be careful using the provided address for departure. When pasted in the Uber app, it took me to the middle of a neighborhood. Missed pickup, company refused to refund anything. Taxi driver told me it was two different addresses. Being stuck in a random crappy neighborhood, full of homeless people, at 700am in 40° weather, really made the one day I had to finally see Normandy extra special. I will never use trip advisor again. Uber is refunding my ride money, so I’m only out $174 and this day. Thanks a bunch!

One of the best tours we ever went on. Bernina Red Train is awesome!
This tour (11 hrs) was one of the very best excursions we have ever taken in our lives. The views of the Swiss Alps from the Bernina Red train was unbelievable. So much beauty to take in and feel. The tour stared at 7:15am where we got on a nice tour bus and drove 90 minutes to a restaurant where we could get off and stretch our legs and get coffee and breakfast. Drove another 90 minutes to St Moritz Switzerland where we could walk around town (for 60 minutes) sightseeing and getting lunch. Once on the Bernina Red Train, we were able to travel for 2 hours 20 minutes seeing fantastic sights of the Swiss Alps and glaciers. (One note: there is no cafe/food car on the train, so be sure to bring any drinks or snacks you want onto the train with you). At the end of the ride, we got off the train and back onto the tour bus where we drove back over the Swiss border and into the small Italian town of Tirano. We were given about 30-40 minutes to walk around town and found out that the small church there was so cute. Worth the time to go into it and look around. Then back on the bus for a 2.5 hour ride back to Milan (where we arrived at 6:15pm). Mia, our tour guide was really great. She had so much information that she shared about the places we went to and was so much fun. Overall, this was one of our best experiences ever and worth even penny to go on it. Extremely Highly Recommended.

It was a nice experience, Liz was a great guide and we enjoyed the tour. We liked both the first and the second floor of the tower.

Tour Guide Simone GREAT!
Tour was very interesting and our tour guide, Simone made the tour even better! He definitely knew the history, facts and details of events that transpired tied into the architecture, art, individuals related to the sites we saw. He was also very pleasant, professional and enthusiastic. Thank you for such a wonderful tour experience!

Unbeatable Tour of Loire Valley Chateaux
An excellent tour of Chambord and Chenonceau in the Loire Valley. Highly recommended! The guides, James and Deepal, were outstanding, with a wealth of knowledge about the sights. They also provided a lot of great suggestions for sightseeing and eating in Paris.

Unfortunate
Tony our bus driver did a great job. Guides gave confusing instructions. We were not told about the audio guide until after we left the bus. Many people did not have wifi ! I was told it was on the paperwork and should have looked at it. It was not a guided tour as advertised. In addition, the opportunity for an indepth history and stories of Mt Saint Michelle was not taken by the guides. Very disappointing.
