I had the absolute pleasure of having Saeed as my tour guide on a Champagne tour in France, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Look no further just book a tour with Semih, from all the tours we were on Semih’s stuck out the most and was super interesting. He also gives you plenty of information of the sites you are passing while you are on the bus to the crypts! If we only found Semih earlier 😀

Adam and Natasha were brilliant. Great driving and excellent guide. Learnt a lot about Italy as well as the places on the tour. Great guide at Pompeii too. Lots of little extras - very likeable, knowledgeable and welcoming duo.

Would you visit Rome and not visit the colosseum? Of course not. Fabulous day out.

If you don't want to bother with planning everything out by yourself and buying tickets, it's a good option, Pompeii and Vesuvius are a must to see. Our guide Fabricio and driver Antonio were great, the guide at the Pompeii site (unfortunately, forgot his name) was also very knowledgeable. Because it's a long drive, visits to Pompeii and Vesuvius are a bit short. You don't get any free time in Pompeii, so take all the pictures right away, you don't get to come back. The souvenirs at the entrance to the Pompeii are too expensive, imo (10€ for a magnet). For Vesuvius we didn't have any guide - everybody (who paid for the hike and who didn't) just had an opportunity to climb to the cone, but they have guided walks on site (close to the top) every 20 minutes (?). I had enough time to climb up and down and buy a souvenir, climbing in sneakers was manageable, it's not a long hike, but the elevation may be difficult (esp. at the beginning, it gets easier afterwards).
