Our guide was very bad and inconsiderate. First, we arrived with an elderly mother who was assisted by a scooter. If the guide knew that the whole trip was not suitable for her, she should have told me and we would have canceled, but apparently money is more important than pleasure. From your website, you can understand that the difficulty of the tour is only in Pompeii and only in part of the tour. When I told her about this, she spoke to us rudely and impatiently. Even when we arrived in Positano, we encountered her impatience when I asked for my whole family to go up together to ask, but the guide again, heartlessly got angry with us for even asking for it. Thanks to her behavior, the trip was ruined for us. The experience with your company is really bad and I am sure that I will not take any more tours from your company. What a shame!!!

Omar was a brilliant guide, very knowledgeable about the location and the highlights we visited. His explanations gave a new appreciation to the art we viewed, and we always stood in a good spot to look and take photos while he explained. Thank you Omar!

Incredible day. coach trip was comfortable and great views. knowledge from the tour guide was perfect. Pompeii was everything and more than we expected. Sorrento is such a beautiful place. would highly recommend.

Guide and driver were great. The bus could use a good cleaning. Also, more details on logistics ahead of time would have been helpful (can keep stuff in bus between stops, can order lunch for eating between Pompeii and Amalfi, etc).
